This is good quality cookware. I already have a set and extra pieces. It is easy to cook in and cleans up nicely and is gorgeous. I bought this set for a wedding gift for my son and his new wife. I waited patiently for almost 3 weeks for it to arrive. It came from California to Illinois then for some reason went out to Washington state then finally came back to Minneapolis, Illinois and then to Ohio. It went on a scenic trip! It was worth the wait though. I know the bride and groom will love it as much as I do. I highly recommend this cookware. The baking pan set is excellent too.

Read the reviews and bought these for a gift. They do what they say. Nothing sticks, can cook with little or no oils, and they come clean with absolute minimum of effort. We are being gentle with them (same as our good knives) and they have no challenges serving us well. By gentle I mean that I don't turn up the heat high to start with, so that the coating doesn't separate from heat shock, but once warmed they are very responsive to temperature controls on gas burners. I also don't take them straight from high heat to a cold faucet, but just let them cool off before rinsing. When I say nothing sticks, example; burned fats from meat turned black in the pan, something which would normally be charred crispy and require soaking to remove. Nope, they wiped out with a gentle spatula and I tossed in the eggs and kept on cooking. We are using less oils, less butter, etc. These pans work really well. The gift part?-she loves them.

Really like these pans have been using them now for a couple of weeks. The fact that they look Like hammered copper it’s a real enhancement to their beauty. Love love the look and the ease of cooking and cleaning them

The media could not be loaded. These pans are great. If you read the instructions on the best way to use them, I think they will last forever. I tried stainless steel....fail. I used every trick and tip I could find and everything I cooked in them would stick. Not these pans. I only hand wash, takes 2 seconds. No metal utensils, low to medium heat and NO non stick cooking spray. I poured a little olive oil in the pan... no stick.I used a little butter.. no stickI used nothing this morning, fried eggs.. NO stick.So far, they are great. I cook twice a day, so even though I've owned them a short time, I have used them a lot.I took a picture of the pan after I cooked the eggs and right after I cleaned it. Even the bottom of the pan still looks new. I've used this pan about 10 times already.

I saw this set and I loved it. Was buying my first set to move out. I tried so hard to not burn or scratch, but it just does so easy. I'm the kind of cook that turns my back, and I was hoping for the price these would be forgiving. So many scorch marks, burnt on food, and oil that has just stuck to it. The big pot has discolored completely as the base. Impossible to clean off stuck food, even with boiling water, soaking, salt, Scrub daddy or a combination of all. I know its not a scorch stain because it comes off if i scratch it with my nail. Scratches easily on the inside, and even the outside does, which is not forgiving since it exposes the silver under. I wanted to to love this set so much, especially with how pretty is it. But my 20 dollar walmart pan which has definitely seen some tough abuse has held up much better.

Absolutely love these pots and pans so far! The color is beautiful, the cooking is even and simple. I've only been using them for at least 2 months now, and they are wonderful. Clean and cook easily!!

These are truly non stick kitchen ware. Absolutely love that they clean so easy. You will love them too. I had bought three frying pans that were ruined by someone using steel utensils. So I bought the set .

I intentionally looked for handles that are cool to remove the pot from the stove prior to purchasing. I cooked pasta on the pot for the first time and would have burned my hands removing it. There is no question they were 🔥 . Do not believe or the following statement is misleading:Stay Cool Handle: Pick the cookware right off the stove with the Stay Cool Handle to flip or mix your foods or simply for easy transfer. The uniquely riveted handles are designed for both righties and lefties to easily use and feature a unique Y-shape, keeping the handles cool to the touch while on and off the stove.Good luck getting help. The customer service link from Bolo directs you to a page with more pots and pans to purchase. Don't waste your precious time and money.
Excellent product
Very easy to handle. Weight of each piece in set is ideal. Cooks/bakes well thus far.**** I did NOT like your choice of Canada Post as the delivery company. Canada Post is the worst company to choose. It dose NOT leave packages at my apartment building BUT leaves it at Shoppers Drugmart. In my building Canada Post already has its own place and room for leaving parcels !!!!!!! It leaves a key in my mailbox for access to its locked boxes!!!!!!!!!!! Never use Canada Post as your delivery company again. I will not go and parcels outside my building!!!!!

Bought in haste
Saw these and impulse bought them without reading the description fully. Didn't realise you can't use them unless you have a convection cooker. No good for a gas cooker. The price seemed good, at half price, so I thought, they're at least half that again now I've bought them.

Love these
These cleanup the best of any set I have ever owned. They also distribute heat and cook evenly (in frying pans). Any stuck food just comes off with a rinse and light brushing in the sink. Don't even need a cooking oil spray when frying most times.Absolutely love the hammered copper look.Only drawback is the LID handles can get too warm to use your hands to remove. They are insulated from the glass, but still absorb heat. Oven mitts or equal are needed. The pot and pan handles are fine for heat.First time owning a stove top steamer, it works great for veggies and also shellfish (clams and scallops).Love the bakeware items included... the loaf pan and large baking sheet. Again, food just releases off it.
