5.0 out of 5 stars Works Better On My Knee Pain Than Glucosamine Chondroitin
So many people take glucosamine chondroitin for their knee pain, but it just doesn’t work for me. Other formulas do a lot more, and this combination is one of them. NEM® (eggshell membrane) relieves my mild aches, and so does white willow bark powder—it’s especially effective in easing my occasional lower back pain. I used to take turmeric separately, but since it’s incorporated in this formula, that’s one less pill to take.Just as important, this formula comes from a reliable company (Indiana Botanic Gardens) that’s been in the supplement business since 1910. I even own one of their early books (1934 edition) written by the company’s founder, Joseph E. Meyer. He wrote about white willow bark benefits then--salicin, the compound found in the bark, is metabolized in the body to create salicylic acid, a precursor to aspirin.I can’t always tell when a supplement is doing any good, but I can with this. My knee (and back) pain is reduced, and I think it’s a more natural approach than over the counter medications.

Have been taking this a while, and remember when I ordered it I was getting some creaky knees in the morning. I needed time to walk carefully to walk around, warm up and avoid the pain. I picked this supplement for the benefits, and my knee issue has gotten better without me noticing as much. I've more recently just got over my normal stiffness in the morning, and noticed my knees were much better. This is currently the only supplement I take for that, I've taken others in the past, but not currently. I can conclude that this at least must help some. While partially I'm sure the body adapts over time with diet and light exercise. I've taken it easy as well, and usually use a cane when I step down on the porch or move to the basement. Still I think this has been helpful. Like most supplements I review, it has no gastric or other side effects I can see or feel, so it should be safe to take for most. Recommended.

I did notice a slight improvement in my shoulder pain after a couple weeks of taking this supplement, but it didn't last and I can't be sure it was this product as I was also using hemp oil massage at the same time!! I took this every day for a month and can not justify the price for the results!! Thank you!!!

Joint Comfort includes a whoopping 8,333 mg of turmeric per two capsule daily dose. Turmeric and is a highly regarded supplement and an excellent addition to diet if you can benefit from its anti-inflammatory as well as antioxidant properties. For overall joint flexibility , you likely know that Glucosamine and Chondroitin are highly effective. This product instead relies on egg shell membrane. Indeed, clinical studies do back up its effectiveness, particularly in helping awith osteoperosis.As always, consult your physician before embarking on any new supplementation regimen.

I'm getting older and have more creaks and aches than I did last year. I've recently turned to supplements and stretching out more the past 18 months. They are easy to swallow and I didn't notice any after tastes. These seem to help keep my knee cracking and hip pain to a minimum. I'm not a doctor so this may be a placebo as I can't be sure it's the pills.

I'm an old woman, so aches and pains are part of the program. I was waking up every morning with a backache, stiff hands, creaky and sometimes painful knees, and depending on how heavy I slept, sometimes I would wake up with a stiff shoulder. So I decided to try these, I have tried other supplements that helped some but I found with this one after a week or so, I was basically pain free. I still have some nerve pains, but this has even lessened those too. Great product, highly recommend

I've been taking joint supplements for a couple of years now to help me cope with aging joints and arthritis. I like this one because it seems to be mostly natural ingredients, which I appreciate. None of these products are instant. But I have noticed that over time (and I'm talking months) that my joints don't seem to ache as much and the pain of arthritis has actually been reduced a bit. The arthritis pain isn't gone but I'd say I've had an 80% improvement which is really good from my perspective. I've even been able to go without my compression gloves lately, which is a huge benefit for me.
