This easy-to-swallow capsule leaves no after-taste. I love how strong my nails are - noticeable difference and no splitting - and the ridges have all but disappeared. My hair is stronger, thicker and a lot less breakage. I bought this to help my skin - and for the iron in a good dose. I was able to replace a few other things that I was taking with just this one product. I would recommend giving it a try.

My hair has been thinning down since I had c-sections. I also used to be able to grow my nails long, but poor diet and almost no existence exercises made my nails brittle and can no longer grow them long.I have noticed "slight" improvements in my nails and hair in just a short time of taking this. I suppose I will have to continue buying/taking them to see major changes/improvements. So far, my nails seems stronger and I don't seem to lose as much hair when in shower or brushing.I give this 4 stars for now and will update in the future. Just afraid that just like the other hair and nail supplements, once you stop taking them you're pretty much back to square one. We shall see.It does work, so it is worth a try.

My nails were constantly breaking so I got these to try. I have definitely noticed an improvement in my skin and nails. They were a little difficult to swallow at first but I got use to it. It has been almost two weeks but I noticed a change in the first week in my nails.

Since it's hard to tell if a vitamin/supplement is really working, I will review based on what I know but also include what I think (stars are based only on what I actually know). These capsules are easy to swallow although they are a little big, like most vitamins. They have no smell, taste, or aftertaste. I haven't had any adverse effects that I've noticed since starting them. Since the dose of biotin is so high in these, I'm only taking one a day instead of two. I think they are helping to strengthen my nails. I also use shampoo with biotin so not sure if it's these or the shampoo but my hair seems thicker and it seems not as much is falling out. Between getting older and the medicines I take, I was losing enough hair it was getting pretty thin. The shedding has slowed down.

The media could not be loaded. So, I take ALOT of medications. I thought to myself I'll go ahead and test it and give it a try. NOPE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I LITERALLY had bad side affects. I couldn't believe it!!! Now that I stopped, I'm fine. But do not recommend.
