5.0 out of 5 stars Works well at a reasonable price
A couple of years ago I was given a massage gun as a gift. I ended up using it more than I thought I would-- not frequently, but whenever I had a muscle pain, trigger point pain, etc. It went a long way toward clearing up a bout of plantar fasciitis that I had in one foot and was just nice to have around for when I was sore.Until the battery died, that is. One day, it wouldn't switch on. The LEDs would light up when it was plugged in, but it immediately dead when it was unplugged. I tore it apart and diagnosed it as a bad charging module in the battery pack. This module regulates charging current to each battery but also outputs battery power to the massage gun. The batteries were fully charged but the board was dead and so was the massage gun.For the price of a new battery pack, I found this massage gun. I didn't expect much-- most of the "good" massagers start around 3X the price of this one-- but the reviews were consistently good so I rolled the dice. The package arrived right away (same day delivery is awesome) and I was impressed by the fit and finish. The quality looks about as good as the much more expensive massager that it replaced. It charges with a USB-C charging cable which is nice because I have a bunch of those all over the place. My last one used a power supply with a DC barrel connector which, while quite robust, is not quite as common.I charged it and set it to work on one of my hips, which has been giving me some pain lately. No, it didn't immediately alleviate my pain. In my experience, you have to massage an area several times over the course of a couple of days to get relief, so I wasn't expecting a miracle. However, it was about as powerful as my recently deceased massager, which is impressive considering the price. I'm sure it will work fine.It only has 7 speeds vs. the 30 of my old massager, but I don't really need 30 speeds anyway. Heck, I doubt I need 7. It came with an assortment of massage heads but, again, I'll probably only use a couple of them. So far the ones that I used seem to work fine.My guess is that most of these massagers-- cheap or expensive-- only last a couple of years before their batteries or their charging boards fail (according to some of the reviews, anyway). I'm not going to spend big bucks on one, especially when this one works pretty well. If you're on the fence about a massage gun and are skeptical of the low price, don't be. Buy it, use it, and replace it if/when the battery wings its way to battery heaven. In the next few weeks I'll use it to really beat myself up, and I'll be able to see how well it withstands the abuse. If anything interesting happens I'll update my review.UPDATE:I've had this thing for a few weeks now. I have to say, I've used it more than I thought I would. I've been fighting some pain in my leg, probably from a combination of weightlifting and riding a motorcycle. It starts in my hip/glute area and radiates down to my knee so I've been using this massager on my glute, the iliac region of my back, and my IT band. With this and some stretching, the pain is slowly starting to fade. It no longer keeps me up at night.I've found that all of the attachments for my recently-deceased massage gun will also fit this one, so it seems as though the interface is fairly standard. Now I have more massage attachments than I know what to do with (I usually use the same 4 or 5 no matter where the pain is).I use this thing pretty aggressively, really grinding it in to get to the spasming muscle or painful spot. No, it isn't pleasant, but it works-- I usually feel some immediate relief, and the overall pain diminishes with repeated uses. Getting better is hard work, but staying in pain is even harder so I resign myself to a few minutes of painful therapy and then reward myself with a little bourbon (for medicinal purposes, of course).I've never run the batteries past the 2/3 full mark no matter how aggressively I use this thing, and I'm really impressed with how well it's working, especially for the price. It shows no signs of failing but if it ever does, I'll probably buy another. It works.
5.0 out of 5 stars battery lasts a long time
I had a back massage gun I would use on my hubby and it never last long before it needed to be recharge & eventually just stopped working.Reason why I bought it: hubby has lower back an hip pain:What I like: it a reasonable amount of time for full charge, the charge lasts a long time (it took 3 nights of using it before it needed recharging), it has a lighted gage to determine how much charge is left, it has 7 level of massage intensity and it has attachment to better meet specific needs. What might bother some: it does have a vibration humming noise that gets louder with increased intensity. Personally, it did not bother me especially when considering it made my hubby feel so much better. It also does not come with a charging block (just charging cord) but if you are like me, I have several extra blocks. How I like to use it: With the round tip attachment, I glide from lower to hip area and has helped comfort his pain. Works well on his shoulders too.added Plus... you can always use it on your own body like your legs, but it always is better if you have someone to use it on you. For the price it was worth it and I would buy this as a gift for a family member now that I know how well it works.
5.0 out of 5 stars GREAT FOR THE PRICE!
My last massager just stopped charging so I had to find a new one. I ran across this one and decided to give a try. I am very pleasantly surprised at how well it works. It runs nice and smooth, and gives a really good massage. The included attachments are pretty cool also, especially the one for the arch of the foot. This one gets used a lot since I do a lot of walking. The price was definitely one of my favorite parts… 😂 I’m 100% satisfied with this one and I think anyone else would be too.
4.0 out of 5 stars A must have tool for a very fair price. Your muscles will thank you ...
So I bought this after doing something to my neck while on vacation and my brother dropping one of these massage guns in my lap and saying "Here. Try this." And boy was it awesome. So, as soon as I got home I hopped on to Bolo and started looking at these things. I picked the TOLOCO because they had sold tens of thousands of them and people seemed happy with them. So I picked one that looked to be powerful, came with lots of little attachments - it is amazing how you will find uses for many of them - and came with a carry case (because there are a lot of pieces). This massage gun has not disappointed me. It seems to hold a charge very well ... it seems to work for hours, and I have appreciated having all of the attachments. The round ball is a must have, but a number of the curved ones are great if working on something other than your neck. I have found the variety of settings to be helpful - sometimes you need it a bit more gentle. The fact is we have used this way more than I would have expected. The only thing I might change is that the handle is not at a great angle if you want to massage hammer your own shoulders or lower back - a handle at an angle might be better for that, but, that said, it always feels better when someone else is leaning into your sore muscles with this thing. Overall we are very happy with the quality, build, materials, price, and use of this massage gun and would recommend it to others.

5.0 out of 5 stars Worth for the Price
I’ve been using the TOLOCO Massage Gun for a while now, and it has really helped with my muscle recovery. The deep tissue massage is quite powerful, and I can feel the difference after using it, especially after intense workouts. The 10 different massage heads are handy for targeting various muscle groups, allowing me to adjust the intensity and focus depending on what I need. The gun itself is easy to use and has a good battery life, which means I don’t have to recharge it often. It’s become a regular part of my post-workout routine, and I’ve noticed a significant reduction in muscle soreness.Overall, it’s been a positive addition to my recovery process, and I’m glad to have it on hand whenever I need a deep tissue massage.
Does a great job!
Reliable, great attachments, charge lasts for a good while. Great massage gun. Works wonders on my calves after exercise. Great for my recent hip pain too.
Good quality
Best choice ever
very good
wow what a nice piece of kit solidly made and nice to use gets rid of the aches and pains in our legs, infact all over.
Easy to use
Great product with good choice of attachments.
Good Quality and Effective
After an SI joint injury 25 years ago, I have tension and pain from the muscles around my hip and extending to my glutes, which can be quite severe at times. I bought the Toloco massage gun to see if I could get at the deeper muscles involved. I have felt some benefit from using the gun. The choice of different heads is useful - after some experimentation, I have found one that gets at those deeper muscles. The gun is quite noisy (not a problem for me if it does the job). It is, however, heavy and this makes it difficult for me to use for any length of time, as I have to reach behind me, which puts strain on my arm, hand, and shoulder. It has still been helpful and I would recommend it, especially if you have someone to help you!
