Easy to assemble and clean, a bit crooked on the center poles but still worked perfectly. Was a gorgeous centerpiece to our vampire party.

I used this for my daughter's 14th birthday party. It was a hit and the kids loved it! It was a beautiful centerpiece to the food table. I was originally going to get a chocolate fountain but this was much more fun and unique. I used kiwi-strawberry juice. It worked very well and was quiet.

First time, it only worked for like 10 mins then died. It was also super load. Second time (replacement) arrived broken and was also very load. I would not recommend.

Made out of cheap plastic, but it was easy to put together and has worked the few times I’ve used it. I received it half price for prime day so it was a decent deal and it’s been a hit at parities.

Loved it!! We used it for Pani puri stand and it was a huge hit. Some other reviews had mentioned to strain the water a few times and if you follow that, it shouldn’t get stuck. The light just adds a really cool touch!

This is a SMALL chocolate fountain. Keep that in mind when ordering. I don't think it's even as big as a football. However, despite it's small size, it did a great job for my party of nine people. I set up an appetizer/desert bar for before and after dinner. It ran continuously for five hour with no problems. I did have to add another batch of chocolate as the night went on.Some reviews said it was noisy, but I did not find that to be the case once the chocolate was added. Without the chocolate it made a bit of a racket but when the chocolate got pulled up through the fountain the sound was dampened considerably.Clean up is a bit of a challenge because chocolate gets everywhere. I did not clean mine until the next day and the chocolate had set up. The removeable tier and auger are plastic so I warmed them in the microwave and used paper towels to wipe off as much chocolate as possible, then washed in hot, soapy water. The unit has a heat only mode (separate from the fountain mode) so I heated the chocolate, wiped with paper towels, then cleaned with a soapy damp sponge. Paper towels and Q-tips are your friends when cleaning.The instructions said 2Tbs of oil to 6 oz of chocolate. It may have been the brand of chocolate melts I used, but I found 3Tbs of oil to 1 Cup of melts had a better consistency to get the chocolate up the auger and running over the tiers.

The media could not be loaded. It arrived on time and all parts were intact. Very easy to put together. I think it’s priced well considering other beverage holders are around the same price & the fact that it’s a flowing fountain definitely adds an extra touch to your event. The only downside some might have is that you cannot use carbonated drinks, or juices that contain pulp/fruit/food in this fountain so that it doesn’t bubble over or block the flow. It’s also easy to assemble/take down and you can clean it with some warm, soapy water and a washcloth. I also use a small and large straw brush to throughly clean out the spouts and rods that connect each tier.I personally purchased it for a tea party and although we will have too many guests to use the mugs, I love that it comes with them!

Etwas laut und lässt sich schwer reinigen
Der Brunnen ist schick anzusehen und ein Highlight auf einer Party. Leider ist er aber recht laut. 100% stabil ist er auch nicht, während der Party entstand wohl ein leichtes Ungleichgewicht und er "kippte" um ca. 0,5–1cm – was aber leider reichte, damit die Ausgießer am Rand vorbei waren und die Flüssigkeit nicht im Brunnen sondern auf dem Tisch landete. Zum Glück haben wir es schnell bemerkt.Die Reinigung ist auch schwierig, da man die untere Schüssel nicht auseinanderbauen kann und man ihn nur reinigen kann, indem man Wasser durchlaufen lässt.
