See, I had used up my other whole, powdered milk to make yogurt and thought I might try a different brand. That's what led me to this milk. The odd thing is, this is more...granulated than powdered if that makes sense. It doesn't make yogurt as well as my other powdered milk and it doesn't froth up to make my latte tea as well either, but it does taste really good as a liquid milk when I want a glass or to pour over my cereal. Maybe it's the way in which it is dried...I don't know. All I can say is that it's good for some things but not as good for others. Again, the taste is very good.

I learned to like full cream milk powder for smoothies. This is the next that I have found. Just put powder over frozen fruit with enough ice cubes - add water, sweetener, vanilla, etc. Blend & enjoy.

i use this in my coffee, it contains no palm oil, like 'creamer'. i put it in mashed potatoes, etc. it's great and very handy.

Arrived very dented....should not have taken a chance. Since it has a a1 year expiration date and seems to still be sealed I tried it anyway. The taste is ok Just a tiny after taste but ok in a pinch.
