I have ordered this 4 piece set four times and I really like the sizes and sturdiness of these boxes. I store everything in them from off season clothes to sheet music in my music studio. When we travel from Michigan to Florida for the winter we use several sizes packed tight with food and supplies. They seem to have a tight seal and we haven’t broken one yet. One arrived with a broken edge but I fixed it with clear packing tape. The first set of 4 is 1.5 years years old. My husband stacks them high in our garage so I hope they hold up for many years. I’ll update if they start breaking or if I receive some that are damaged.

I love these bins so much, but almost every order had at least one broken bin or lid.Bolo requires returning all of them.Recommendation: buy 2 sets and send back a full pack with the broken ones.Overall, they work great, seem to be insect proof.I have had no problems. No breakage after a year of use.

by the time this item arrived, two lids were broken.i cannot tell if it was the shipper's fault or the distributor's fault [my experience says that it is the shipper's fault].the lids are not broken in such a way as they are ruined; i can still use them, and they will still seal, so i won't be returning them.overall, seems like a great product, and cost-effective is paramount for me. :)

My initial order arrived in perfect condition, even though the storage boxes are shipped stacked together in a cardboard box with no cushioning whatsoever. The storage boxes are working to keep the ants away from my food so I ordered more since I had more items to store in my pantry. The second order arrived broken, which could have been avoided if the boxes had any type of cushioning when packaged. It is too bad because the storage boxes themselves are nice and a good size for pantry shelves, but I don't have the time or energy to reorder/return multiple packages just so I can get a pack of 3 to finish the job. I will look to get something in stock at Walmart.

I ordered these twice. First time no problem. Second time I ordered 2 boxes. One box was missing two lids. I got 3 boxes but only one lid.I tried to call Iris support and the voice mailbox is full. I emailed with no reply.Make sure you want to go to the trouble of returning a messed up order.

exactly as described
...so hard to find bins that fit under my 12" bed frame and maximize storage potential. Most on the market around 8" or 15" high = so too low or too high...these bins are perfect in size as I can slide them under easily and they do not touch the bed frame. They also have added protection of cushion barrier around the lid for a tight seal protecting contents from potential bug critters.
Great product
These bins are perfect! They arrived early and in perfect condition. I used them for storing yarn to keep it dry and bug free and these seal up airtight. I added some desiccant packs i also purchased from Bolo. The perfect storage solution for my needs. An added bonus to be able to see whats packed inside. I immediately purchased more! Worth the money to protect what is important!
Broken
Sadly, I won't be buying these again. This is my second time and these are broken worse than the first time. totally useless.
Great storage!
So far they are great and stack well. Will be interested how moisture tight they will be after a cold, snowy winter on Van Island!
Not airtight, not moisture-proof, seals are weak, latches break easily
These do not have a vacum-like seal, unless you're planning on melting the seals shut or something equally ill-advised. The foam seals are fine for keeping most dust out, but they will not prevent mold, mildew or other moisture from getting in to the container, since they are neither airtight nor watertight. The contents of these storage boxes will get wet if the box is sprayed by a hose at the wrong angle, or if they're exposed to cooling and heating cycles. Otherwise, they're great, except that the latches break off easily (mine were all broken off in shipping!) and the seals can fall out of the lids.
