This tool helped me reach new places in my singing voice I didn't think were accessible. I sing professionally, and have noticed since I started using this that I have greater breath support, and am able to sing higher with more power and accuracy. I'm able to come in on top of the notes rather than pushing up to them. I'm (within only a few weeks of using this) singing songs I never would have attempted before.I had never tried straw training before, and highly recommend it (especially for singers who have difficulty with breath support & forward placement). You could probably just do it with a straw as the name implies, but this is a nice, solid piece that should last a lifetime.I would probably try one without the extra holes for adjusting pressure next time, as I only use it fully covered, and it would be easier for me to use without having to cover the 3 holes. A minor inconvenience.

On the first night I used this, I could not believe how far up and down I was able to go - with ease and without strain. I simply did my normal 10 minute vocal warm up singing through this pipe. At the end I usually finish with some "hums" and I was blown away with how precise and stable my notes were. My falsettos where also much stronger.It's very handy. I taped the first hole shut because I will at least need that amount of resistance. But I can just put in my mouth while driving to a gig, setting up on stage. It's really a great device.

It is a useful tool to improve my voice strength, it helps a lot to warm up my voice, easy to carry wherever I go.My complains are about the quality construction of this device. It looks really nice and shiny when you open the box the first time, but after using for a couple of minutes color starts to fade out and the price is a little high for what you get.It's a very useful tool overall.

I've noticed my upper ranges and general vocal strength improving after using this device. I sing bass, and have historically had a hard time with high notes and vocal tension. This tool helps to strengthen and calm clarity issues. I usually cover two holes, so I guess that would be a 3/4 resistance on it.Additionally, it allows me to warm up my voice relatively quietly whereas trills, high sighs, grunting, etc. are quite loud and draw attention. Again... helpful tool.

Before buying this I would blow into a cup of water it’s the straw. This is much better as I can prepare my vocal chords on my way to a gig and on the gig easily.

Get your best take the first time
I'm impressed with this. It usually takes me a few takes for my voice to hit its stride, but after about 3 minutes of using this, I'm ready to go. I can hit my best notes. I cannot describe how much time this thing saves me when recording. Might seem pricey but it's worth it!

I’m a singer songwriter (NYRE) and I looooove this vocal straw. So cute, compact and easy to travel with to sessions - I keep it hooked on my studio tote handle. Nice variations in resistance for different warm up/recovery needs. Everyone I work with asks me where I got it too :) highly recommended
