I’ve used LMNT Electrolyte Drink Mix for a while, especially after workouts or on hot days when I needed to replenish electrolytes and stay hydrated. It seemed like just water fast was not enough , but I heard other people tell me to try this product and oh man it was so good added to my fast, it really gave me the sodium and electrolytes I needed and gave me the kick to keep fasting, love the taste and what it does to help me keep going! I originally purchased LMNT for a family member with POTS who is supposed to have around 8,000mg of salt/day. She won't drink them because they are so salty they make her nauseous. However, I love them. When I'm feeling dehydrated or like I'm getting sick, drinking these makes a huge difference. Yes, it's salty, but it's tasty. I mix the packet into about 40 oz of water, and it's perfect for me.

We love the LMNT electrolytes! I prefer their ingredients compared to other brands. The flavors are great and not too sweat but a delicious about of sweet and saltiness when you are craving the extra hydration! The variety pack is great to sample a few flavors and decide which bigger box to buy.

I have to only use half of a packet in about 32 ounces of water, otherwise, to me... it's too salty. Experiment with your own taste of saltiness, don't just quit the product all together. The flavor is nice too. I also tried the salted chocolate in water. It was a different experience, but I got used to it quickly.

I ordered these after I had a friend tell me about the new drinks they had tried. I have low blood pressure and experience POTS symptoms so need to have salt on me frequently. These are a godsend! They not only taste amazing, but instantly refill and restore! The only struggle I have is the price, as for someone who needs them frequently it's a challenge to afford this monthly. I skimp on days that I am feeling okay with only pouring part of the packet in. It still tastes good with a partial packet, and still does the trick if you want to try to make them go longer. I highly recommend these for pre/post workouts, if you have low blood pressure / pots, or if you want to try something delicious that is good for you and not loaded with unnecessary sugar! If I could buy these more frequently and more affordably, I would. These are seriously amazing!

On one hand, for replenishing electrolytes and staying hydrated during long, hot mountain bike rides, it works better than anything else I have tried. On the other hand, it is pretty tough on my stomach when mixed in a 22oz cycling bottle. It is manageable, but if you have a particularly sensitive stomach, you might not enjoy it.

These are amazing! I can’t believe the taste and how well it mixes. They are small packets but they pack a punch. I rode 200km in 30°C and went through 4 of these packets along with my other nutrition. I’ve never felt better during the ride as well as after. Definitely a must have for any cyclist!!
My favourite drink EVER
Never in my life has a product exceeded my expectations the way LMNT has. And I knew I would like it as well, because many of my favourite influencers have sung its praises for years. Still, I stuck with my regular old run of the mill local supplements shop electrolyte mix, even though it contained a bunch of ingredients I didn’t want to consume (while lacking those I did) and the taste turned me off.I finally clicked the button to purchase them having decided to switch back to a low carb diet, and struggling to meet my salt goals and remembering how woozy and fatigued I have felt every time I switch from healthy-ish SAD to keto/low carb.That first intensely delightful sip will remain imprinted in the memory of my tastebuds until the end of time. People talk about having different flavours - what?! They’re all DIVINE.One of the most refreshing, satisfying, hydrating and utterly delightful taste experiences you will ever have. The tastes actually bring me back to my childhood- think slurpees, fizzy candy, starburst, popsicles. The satisfaction and joy all that crap brought us when we were kids, but without the cloying sweetness and repulsion actually consuming it would be like in adulthood.They help me stay satiated and maintaining a sense of well-being during fasting and while I transition to burning ketones for fuel after a bread-filled winter.They are amazing - like LITERAL HEAVEN - after the sauna and intense workouts.They are the number 1 remedy for hangover.Need I say more?!If you are on the fence about LMNT due to price, but all this sounds good to you, forget about it!!!!!Click that damn button and just don’t buy a new top this month or something.
