I drink a boost when I don't like the protein offerings at my retirement home. The label says it has many vitamins, so I feel it is sufficient for my needs. The chocolate flavor is rich. It satisfies my hunger. The flavor is best when the drink has been refrigerated, but I also drink it unrefrigerated at times and it is still good.

Boost is great. I use the high protein liquid to ensure I have enough protein daily. Once every two weeks on subscribe and save from Bolo. It's convenient for me to grab two bottles from the fridge and drink it. It works keeping my protein level up and the chocolate taste good. I've been doing this for two years and it makes my doctor happy. Me, too.

This is the only protein drink I have found that doesn’t have a gross aftertaste. It is creamy and chocolatey! I drink one of these every morning to help get my day started with a boost of protein. I’ll even mix them in a blender with some ice cream and bananas for an indulgent protein milkshake.
