This is why I think this is one of the best protein drinks on Bolo: I'm not trying to gain weight, so the protein-to-calorie ratio is important. This provided 30g protein for 140 calories, which is the best I've seen. Also very important is the type of protein. This has a blend of milk protein isolate, whey concentrate and calcium casseinate, all which are readily absorbable, have complete amino acid profile, and have some vitamins. The price is great as well. For me, it's just a tad sweeter than I like, so I'll add a dash of real-lime concentrate to cut through the sweetness, and add a little vitamin C. I like the ease of quickly getting much needed protein to help prevent muscle and bone loss.

I have tried a few protein shakes but this one is the more I love. I have reorder and will continue to reorder. At the moment I have only tried the vanilla shake flavor and it tastes amazing. If I ever try any of the other I promise to update. It makes me fill full. Is one of the highest protein shakes I have found. It helps me to stop the hunger and keeps me full. I drink it when I don't have time to make breakfast or late at night.

I was in need of a new protein supplement after running out of stock of my usual one. I found this by chance and I’m very impressed by the taste and how fast shipping was. I didn’t even have to wait basically! 30g is really good for this price value as well for a 12pk. Will be buying more!

The protein is exactly the same. The taste is the same. But the price is a big difference. It’s the only reason I switched brands. I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that they’re made by the same company. If you like Ensure, save yourself some money. I bet you could find a lot of things to do with the extra money while you’re keeping your protein level up. There’s nothing to lose by trying it. I gave one to my sister and my neighbor. Ensure just lost 3 customers.

I’ve been buying this shake in Walmart but lately it has not been in stock. The drink is low carb which is my reason for using it. It is also low in sugar and has a lot of protein. All in all it is great for my medical issues.

Taste is just ok. Those who love must not be regular connoisseur of protein drinks, as an avid hunter and gym goer I am always trying to find the best tasting protein drink for the money. I tried this one as it had 30gm protein. When it comes to strawberry, this missed the mark. It tastes like ensure brand drinks 20 yrs ago, something you'd get while in the hospital.So far my fav strawberry is muscle milk, but its a little more costly.Because this is somewhat affordable and has lots of protein it gets 3 stars, taste alone is 2 stars.
