I tried out the blanket while I napped. I started with the heat on low, and massage on low. I didn't feel that I was getting enough massage from it, so I increased the massage setting to medium. I was laying on my stomach with the heating pad across my back. The massage action made the pad fall off my back, so I turned off the massage feature, and increased the heat to the medium setting. It was comfortable for me that way. I think if I want to use the massage function I will have to lay on my back with the pad on my back. Overall though a great product. Thank you!

Works awesome!!! My entire family has used this unit for one sore muscle or another and we all give it a 10/10. The massage and heat both work great! I like that you don't have to use both, you can use just the heat or just the massage or both. I also like you can choose the level of heat and the level of massage.

This worked great for about a year and a half in the middle of using it it just died completly.

I wasn’t expecting much when ordering this so I was pleasantly surprised when it exceeded my expectations. I used this on my lower back and it worked well. It took a bit to warm up but once it did it felt good. I kept it on my back for 30-45 minutes and it stayed hot and did the job well.Would I buy it again? Yes

I bought this in Jan 23, and used it 2 or 3 times after falling on ice. I hadn't used it since then, and ended up misplacing it when I moved. Now, I'm having some back issues. I Searched and searched through the boxes I hadn't unpacked to find this thing. I used it 2 times and was so grateful to have it. The heat and massage were perfect! It felt great. The 3rd time, I used it for about 5 minutes, and it just stopped working. I unplugged it for 15 minutes or so and plugged it back in. Still didn't work. The lamp on that outlet works, but I did try another outlet. Still doesn't work! Even if I had used it a lot, something like this should last much longer than a year! when I bought this, I purposely chose it over brands I didn't know much about that were less expensive. I thought Sharper Image was a brand that I could trust. I'm not working right now, so I can't even buy a new one to help my back pain. I would not recommend this Sharper Image heat and massage pad. Choose something else.

This is the 3rd one I have bought and love it. Except this last one I bought doesn’t get as warm as it’s suppose to. Otherwise good product

Liked the weight. Heats up quickly. Did not like how quickly the massage function shut itself off after a few minutes. Oddly spaced massage areas. Left wide open gaps where no massage occurred. The massage units stopped working after 6 months of use. Overall would probably not recommend given it's short half life.

I have chronic back pain, I like the calming heat because i can use it at bed time and it doesn't over heat me like a traditional heating pad. I like the fact that it has vibration to it. The heat and vibration combination can be helpful for pain relief. The fact that its weighted is great. It doesn't move around during use.
