Time will tell if they make a difference but I can honestly say they are way too sweet!! They’re even coated with sugar. I purchased them because of their brand and also because it’s a lower dose magnesium. The reason I take gummies is because I feel they are more absorbent and also easier to take. I’d recommend them based on brand but they need to cut back on the sugar.

Recently I've been going through a bout of insomnia (spurred on by stress and a new medication) and would often feel wired as I lay in bed, even though I would wake up exhausted. I have used melatonin in the past but for whatever reason I am hesitant about overusing it. Taking these gummies felt better to my anxious brain. It has totally helped me fall asleep quicker every time I have taken it. I cannot speak to how well it keeps you asleep, since I am a light sleeper myself, but it definitely helped with the initial knock-out part. Also, they're quite tasty! Will be purchasing again.

I always bought this in the past. Lately covered in sugar half an inch at the bottom. If you are watching your sugar not for you. Celtic salt had more magnesium

Llegaron en buen estado, la gomita tiene un sabor un rico, aunque se me hace un poco dulce. Empecé a tomarlas por los buenos comentarios y efectivamente me ayudo a relajarme antes de dormir y he tenido mejores noches de sueño al ingerir 1 gomita antes de dormir, se recomiendan de 1 a 2, yo inicie con 1 y creo que me es suficiente.
