I have had lots of trouble sleeping over the years. Every now and then I find a product that lasts and is not compounded of chemicals I can't pronounce. This product is natural, and with taking a Magnesium Citrate or Glycinate dose nightly about 30 minutes before bed, I am able to fall asleep easier. Nothing is foolproof, but this works very well for me.
