If you monitor your internal health the Choose Health kit is convenient to obtain and use. I have monitored by internal health once a year now for a few years. I tried this kit because you can order it (I ordered it on Bolo). I followed the instructions and had no problems with obtaining the blood sample required. Register your kit online once you receive it. The only problem I had was the return shipping label USPS tracking # expired. I had to call Choose Health and keep following up where my sample was. USPS delivered the sample and the remaining process moved forward without a hitch. When your results are in, you go online and there are tutorials that explain them. You can pay for extra consultation for an additional cost. I gave them 5 stars, however Choose Health needs to make sure your return shipping label tracking # does not expire. Instead of putting the label in the box, it maybe better to go online to your account and print the label when you register the kit. (Just and idea)
1.0 out of 5 stars BLATANTLY INCORRECT RESULTS AT A HIGH PRICE
I bought 4 tests like this. Do not trust any of them anymore. Their 4 results are all consistently wrong, versus 2 classical lab tests.They found my A1c to be 6.1, 6.0 and 6.0 respectively, which means prediabetic. the lab tests found mt A1c to be 5.4 and 5.6 respectively. Since this is a 3 month average and the tests were take 1 day apart, they are very wrong. Also, my true glucose was 90 by classic lab test, and by this card test was found at 118. On the cholesterol they gave me around 200 what in reality was 220 as total cholesterol by blood test. This is very deceptive and even dangerous, as they made me believe that I was prediabetic, when in reality I was not. And gave me a false sense of security about my cholesterol. The HLD was consistent to the classical lab test, but not the LDL. CLIA certified??? I do not think so. Wasted 240 on them and I will never buy again!!! I am going on a diet, but not thanks to them.

This is my second review of this kit and lab. My first review was very harsh because after I collected my blood sample and sent it in for analysis, I got back a very barebones email that they were unable to process it (without any explanation why; it could have been too much or too little blood in the specimen but they didn't say which), and the procedure they provided to get a replacement kit sent to me did not work. Moreover, I received an automated message that they were not available in my state. It just seemed to be all bad and I said so. Well, that got someone's attention.In response to my review, they reached out to me to try and make it right explaining that they are a small start-up and wanted to be sure all was well. They sent me a replacement kit to try, and they explained that they WERE available in my state but only via Bolo owing to state regulations. So, on to take 2. I tried repeating my sample collection and sending it in for analysis. This time I got a successful return (I still don't know what the problem was with my first one). They directed me to their phone App to view the full results but also noted they are in the process of switching over to a purely Web based system for results (this seems more secure to me). It all worked fine the second time and the results were useful and timely but I have the impression they are still working out the kinks. All in all though, I give them good marks, especially for going above and beyond to provide customer service that was helpful. One of the results was not what I was expecting and so in that regard I am glad I checked and it was nice being able to track some key markers without going into an office for sample collection. I'd rather not so long as SARS-CoV-2 is still circulating.

The test worked great. They ran it promptly when it arrived at their lab. There was a problem with a delay at the post office, but not the fault of Choose Health. Choose Health quickly replied to my email and a helpful person from the company phoned me after I received my results.

I followed all instructions about this product, I sent to them but never got results about my lab work.I would like to get my refund, I been waiting, I send emails and never got any reply.

I’ve been looking for a way to keep on track of my key biomarkers without having to visit the doctor. Most of the kits don’t seem to cover what I was looking for. I wanted one test that would measure cholesterol, inflammation, average blood sugar, insulin resistance and oxidative stress.These were important for me as they are the biomarkers you need to keep in check for longevity!A friend recommended this to me, so I thought I would give it a try!The test is painless and super easy. It was my first time doing this type of blood test and it’s so much better than having to visit a doctor. It took 5 mins, I then put it in the envelope and can’t wat it for the results.Love this product so far! I’m going to the get the wife one next!

Only a few issues with this test. The outer box arrived unsealed. (The inside was sealed so I felt safe enough to use it). Secondly, there were some glitches with the registration and shipping notification. Other than that it was generally an easy process.
