I’ve taken this back and forth 8 miles/ day for months worth of going to work and back and it has been good performance for the price. Its top speed is 19 mph, if you are going downhill and it hits 20 mph the brakes automatically kick in (I wish they didn’t, it’s a waste of power). IMPORTANT: there is performance mode and energy efficient mode. In performance mode you will get MAYBE 8 miles before it dies, and the last mile will be a significant speed reduction. Takes a few hours to fully charge. AT LEAST 4 hours if it’s near dead or dead. After months of riding the main control grip for power is kind of sticky, and so are the brakes; it will just lightly auto-brake sometimes and reduce my speed. By flicking the brake a few times it’ll stop sticking. I feel like I’ve used it enough to get my money out of it before that started happening. Overall I am happy with the purchase, I have used it many times in thirty degree weather and it is still holding together and running fine. I’m happy with it for the price of $450 (I got it during lightning deals). I wish the battery life was longer at higher speeds. No traction on ice/snow/mud of course which is fine for what it is. I would buy this brand again. I don’t have the seat but there is a detachable seat option available. I live in the country and it also handles dirt roads fine as long as they are not very wet. It does road hills fine too. PERFECT for inner city travel. And passable for other areas. It might be worth it to spend a little more for longer battery life and slightly higher top speed but this was a great scooter for my 1st one I’m glad I bought it.

My grown Son bought one through Bolo, I was so impressed I bought one too (I bought mine directly through Hiboy. Shipping took an extra day but they don't charge taxes, just a $17.98 International sales fee, so I saved like $50 😁)I live 11.3 miles from my job and I can make it there and back on a full charge. I did a lot of research before I bought this and learned that most scooters don't go as far as advertised but this one gets damn close! I'm not a little tiny girl either, I stand 5' 8" and weigh 170 lbs. However, I did go for the optional seat and I think that makes a difference, I seem to go just a bit faster when I'm sitting and I think it makes less wind resistance so that might be a factor in battery life. (But just a smidge)And as awesome as the battery life is, what REALLY sold me was the e brake and solid tires!! I won't lie, it's a ROUGH ride. ( I DO NOT suggest this for county or rural areas. It'd be absolutely impossible on a dirt or gravel road.) I happen to live in Las Vegas and it is absolutely amazing in an urban (paved road) setting!! If not for the solid tires, I'd have been stuck on the side of the road, late for work, several times already! I have ran over sharp rocks, broken glass, random metal scraps, nails and/or screws, and I just keep cruising.My Son bought an Evercross and had SOOOO many problems with the tires and disk breaks. (No offense to Evercross, he still got 900+ miles out of it and the engine and battery are still good) These were problems I didn't want to deal with and so I wasn't interested in electric scooters...then he bought an S 2 pro with the e brake ❤️. It doesn't need to be constantly adjusted AND it feeds back in to the battery!!! I know this has both, but honestly, I don't even use the disk brakes unless I'm already stopped and just don't want it to roll. If you are just doing research at this point I can't stress this enough THE E BRAKE IS AWESOME AND MAINTENANCE FREE!!! Disk brakes are a pain in the butt!!!! I debated between this and the Titan but the e brake was the tie breaker.As far as the lights, I feel like the red underlighting makes you visible to traffic and the headlight is plenty bright but it points about 5 feet+++ ahead of you. I added a cheap flashlight to the bottom of the handlebar stem to light the ground in front of the tire. Also, the lights don't seem to suck much juice. I get the same milage with the lights on or off, so you won't have to choose between safety and milage.Overall, I'm EXTREMELY HAPPY with my purchase, it's a BLAST to ride, easy to control, solid construction except the handlebars (easy fix) ((the welds are beautiful on the body!!))Oh! I almost forgot. It's simple to put together, just a few screws and they include all the wrenches you will need. But you will have to pull the black wire out a bit from the bottom so the handlebars fit. DO NOT try to jam it in place on top of the wire. This part will make sense when you put it together 😁

I have had an e-bike for 8 years now and it finally died. I used it 90% of the time just to and from work. It's just over a mile each way. I am a VERY YOUNG 65 year old male and weigh 180 with minor heart & health issues so my days of long distance bike riding are long gone, but I like the freedom of a scooter/bike. I checked all various models and choose this one. Keep checking those lightning deals. The price right now as I'm typing this is $479. I got it for $399! Now, I was nervous about riding a scooter as I have the balance of a drunk toddler just learning how to walk. I only felt nervous when going the max speed downhill and when the winds hit me from the side. It was then that I wisely bought the seat from HiBoy direct (again-it was a special sale and cheaper than Bolo) The seat is not bad at all and there is some "spring" to it when hitting a bump, so it is a relaxing ride. The hard tires should be required for all scooters. I have driven through puddles, glass & gravel, over sticks, small fissures in the street, etc and never had to worry about a flat tire! It can be a bit bouncy but you get used to it. I can ride it standing up with the seat still attached too. The seat also folds down and is easily removeable. The weight makes it feel firm and well constructed. I even drove over a curb the other day (praying that I would make it out alive.....spoiler alert- I did!) The cruise control beeps on about 5 seconds into it and it a breeze to use. I prefer the red button power brake in lieu of the hand break. Going up that damn hill that I have to ride up to go home from work was easy too. I'm not about to get into all the technical jargon because I have no clue what that stuff is. But I will say that I recommend this scooter to anyone. The assemble was easy (I can't even assemble a P&J sandwich without screwing something up) and if it can cart around my fat behind, it will work for anyone. (p.s. My hubby used it once and he weighs 280 6'2" and had no problem!)

Zu allererst zur Lieferung, schneller als die Feuerwehr! Bestellt, zwei Tage später schon da. Und erst am vierten Tag wurde das Geld abgebucht.Auch kein Karton beschädigt!Dann ging es ans auspacken, solide schön mit Styropor Formschalen im Karton verpackt.Das Teil rausgehoben, Ständer ausgeklappt, Lenker mit vier versenkten Imbus Wurmschrauben montiert. App installiert, Grundeinstellung mit Losungswort vorgenommen, das alles in 15 Minuten. Nach 20 min. war ich draußen und ab geht die Post. Solide verarbeitet, top Qualität zu einem Hammer Preis!Läuft wie eine Rakete. Geschwindigkeit ist der Hammer, ganze 31 km/h.Eine mechanische und eine elektronische Bremse, die elektronische kann man auch per App einstellen, wie schnell und kraftvoll sie zu packen soll. Dadurch entsteht wiederum Energy die zusätzlich den Akku lädt.Der Hammer ist auch die Beleuchtung, vorne tolle LED die perfekt und weit ausleuchtet. Hinten mit Rücklicht und Bremslicht. Auch die seitlichen Flanken sind rot beleuchtet. Vollgummi Bereifung spricht für sich. Etwas härter als Luftreifen, dafür kein herum murksen beim Luftpumpen.Trittbrett ausreichend breit genug.Beschleunigung lässt sich auch per App einstellen.Reichweite kann ich noch nichts sagen.Spritzwassergeschützt.Pfützen sollte man aber besser meiden.Ganz Wasser resistent ist keines von den Dingern. Auch bei meinen E-Bikes muss ich aufpassen.Alles in allem mehr als top! Vergebe 10 Sterne, für eine wirklich gelungene Performance.Kauft euch dieses Teil einfach, ich verspreche nicht zuviel.Übrigens die App zum herunterladen ist Deppen sicher zu bedienen.Bin sehr zufrieden 👌👉🍺

I’m 47 with a knee condition.I use this purely for commuting to the train station.I love it, although standing was hurting my knee because of the vibrations so I got the seat too.**Regarding the seat**As it’s not usually shipped or used, the metal plate the seat is weak tack welded. This meant that after a couple of bunks in the road, the plate worked free and I needed to weld it properly and add some brackets - hopefully HiBoy will acknowledge this…Excellent bit of kit overall, best purchase in a very long time.

Llevo desde mayo con el patín, y estoy encantado. Tiene potencia más que de sobra para moverte sin problemas, subiendo cuestas o lo que sea. Es un sistema robusto y bien construido, con un sistema de plegado que no se te va a partir (como le pasaba al de mi xiaomi anterior), que es sencillo de plegar y muy resistente.Las ruedas sólidas de 10" van muy bien; son sólidas, sí, pierdes algo de comodidad en la conducción, pero la amortiguación trasera ayuda mucho. Lo mejor es que te olvidas para siempre de arreglar pinchazos, y eso es un plus a tener en cuenta. Si te ha tocado alguna vez arreglar un pinchazo en un patín ya sabrás que sudas tinta para hacerlo, y además se pinchan fácilmente. Con ruedas sólidas (pero honeycomb como las de este patín) te olvidas de todo. Eso sí, se me ha desgastado el dibujo de la delantera bastante y en algún momento tendré que cambiarla. En soporte por email me han dicho que no venden solo el neumático, sino la rueda entera con el motor, pero a un precio razonable de unos 65 €. Lo pillaré seguramente, así tendré además un motor nuevo de repuesto y una rueda nueva.Se me paró el patín tras pillar un buen bache, contacté con soporte por email y han respondido de diez: muy rápido --a pesar de estar en China-- y eficaz, mandando vídeos, haciendo preguntas para identificar el problema (que al final era la sirga del acelerador), y al saberlo, ¡me han mandado todo el manillar completo gratis para cambiarlo! Arreglado en 10 minutos y funcionando otra vez perfectamente. Mi experiencia con el servicio técnico de soporte es inmejorable, desde luego. Responden al email en el día habitualmente.La capacidad de aceleración es muy buena (especialmente en modo sport) y tener dos frenos, uno regenerativo en la rueda delantera y uno de disco en la trasera, es un plus de seguridad para frenar, aparte de recuperar algo de batería, imagino. Habitualmente con usar el regenerativo que actúa sobre el motor es suficiente: el de disco lo uso solo para frenadas casi "de emergencia".Las luces bajo el patín se ven mucho por la noche, la de atrás parpadea además al frenar. La delantera alumbra, pero si sales de noche, ponte una luz delantera adicional de alta potencia.La posición de conducción es cómoda, y sientes un patín sólido y que responde.Para mí, y considerando el precio, el S2 Pro es una elección perfecta.
Non lo cambierei con nessuno!!!
Ho comprato questo hiboy S2 pro nel mese di Giugno 2021, e vi dico che è spettacolare e dirvi poco.Spettacolare sia in termini di robustezza, stabilità, materiali non male nel suo complesso, e maneggevolezza.Purtroppo un pomeriggio mi si è svitato un perno che si trova sulla leva blocco asta, come da immagine, che non mi ha procurato nulla, però sulle strade disconnesse faceva un gran rumore dovuto dalla vibrazione del pezzo svitato.Ho mandato una email al centro assistenza hiboy e loro prontamente mi hanno risposto dandomi subito assistenza chiedendomi immagini e video, che io prontamente gli ho inviato e loro mi hanno messo subito in spedizione il pezzo che a me necessitava sostituire accompagnato tramite un loro messaggio dove c'era un tutorial per la sostituzione del pezzo.Oggi stesso ho sostituito il pezzo è ritornato il mio hiboy bello fruito maneggevole è sicuro per il momento non trovo nulla di negativo ci sta che dopo un po' qualche perno si svita bisogna avere accuratezza che ogni tanto una stretta di perni bisogna farla se dovessi trovare un neo che non mi piace dello scooter è l'applicazione che ha e che non segna i km effettuati ossia un semplice contachilometri per il resto lo ricomprerei un'altra volta.
Franchement superbe et robuste
Gros doute installé dans le choix d'une trot' à la vue des infos catastrophiques de certains. Mais je me suis lancé sur cette Hiboy S2 Pro en me disant :"bon nous verrons bien". L'objet reçu rapidement, je me suis attardé surtout sur la qualité, preuve d'une future longévité. L'emballage est très correct. Le montage est simple, efficace et solide. Batterie chargée à 65 %, donc primo charge et en route. Je tape fort d'emblée en un trajet AR de 32 klms sur du plat pour faire connaissance et l'alliance fait son travail. Aucun problème, je fais un réglage plus souple de l'amortisseur arrière, je rajoute un siège, un porte téléphone et une alarme dans le compartiment batterie. Le blocage de la roue avant avec l'appli est vraiment dissuasif comme antivol. Je recommande... Je reviens vers vous après 6 mois d'utilisation... Elle est toujours en pleine forme et je n'ai eu aucun problème. Je vide pratiquement la batterie à chaque fois car trajets de 38 kms A/R, je la recharge sur des panneaux solaires... Donc, tout bénef. A part l'achat, mes trajets ne me coûtent plus rien et maintenant que je connais la fiabilité de ma machine, je roule détendu... Déjà un peu plus de 3000 kms effectués... Mise à jour. Voilà plus d'un an que ma trot et moi nous formons une équipe... Aucun problème rencontré jusque ici... Je m'en sert en vacances au Portugal et en Espagne et toujours rechargé sur des panneaux solaires donc tout bénef car maintenant, je gagne de l'argent à chaque utilisation . Je fais des trajets de 5, 10 klms et même parfois 30 KLM sans problème...
