I like a cleansing balm and this doesn't disappoint. Light fig fragrance, rinses clean and my face doesn't feel stripped afterwards. I will be trying other products from this line in the fig and the rice formulas.

This is not the first, and it won't be the last, time I purchase this product. I love the I'm From line, and along with the Honey Mask, this is one of my favorite products from them. I love the texture, it transforms into an oil almost immediately after rubbing and it does a great job of removing any makeup, sunscreen and other products from my skin after a long day.It has a really nice scent to it, it's not overpowering at all. Usually I stay away from products with fragrance, but this has not irritated my skin so I will continue to use it since it's also gets rinsed off immediately.It leaves your skin feeling nice and plump after you rinse it off and ready for your second cleanser.

I’ve dabbled in k beauty for the last couple of years, but had never tried anything from the “I’m From…” line. I had heard good things and needed a new cleansing balm so I took a chance on this. As far as cleansers go, this one is good. It dissolves nicely, removes my makeup and sunscreen well, and doesn’t burn my eyes when I’m removing my eye makeup. The only negative is that it has a strong floral scent that I don’t particularly care for. I wouldn’t mind buying this again, but I don’t know if it’s necessarily a holy grail product for me. Overall, I would recommend the product though!

The media could not be loaded. This product easily became a part of my routine. To begin my skin type is oily.It has a subtle but amazing smell, the texture easily glides on my skin and it cleans off make-up pretty well.I go in with cotton rounds and make-up remover first and then I use this as a first step of my cleansers at night.This item has been restock at least 5x before writing this review and I can confidently say that this product has worked amazing on my skin.

Love this as an eye makeup remover— it’s lightly scented and super gentle on my skin (I have beyond dry skin, eczema, and rosacea and this is completely non irritating). A little goes a good enough way, but this definitely is dependent on the user.

It has a nice smell, and it does a decent job at removing most of the makeup. The packaging is not assturdy. A few months into using it, the top of the cap cracked and came apart. I can no longer twist and close it.

First I want to say, I had to "make myself wait to leave my AMAZING RESULTS IN ONE DAY!Yes, you read right. I always wait a month 2B sure a product works.The fist use: M dry skin was falling off as I continued to rub this Amazing cream over my face.After use my skin glowed for days and received questions as to what had I done to my face... people thought I had a professional peal.I highly recommend if you are looking for a way to deal with dry skin and have glowing skin.I struggle with dry skin from exfoliating 3X a week, so I looked for a product to use in between exfoliating.Since this, I only exfoliate 1X a month.Add the fig toner, the two together will leave you glowing!
Expensive but it works
It's now Jan 2024 and I bought this last spring, and still have a little left so it's good value for money as you need very little to use on your face. Doesn't sting, doesn't smell too strongly, easy to apply (spoon) and easy to rinse off. My skin stills feels soft even after a double cleanse. Works really well, takes off makeup easily and even waterproof mascara (with a little rubbing). You don't have to scrub eith it, rub it into your skin and the makeup truly does melt off.
Lovely
Love it as long as I remember not to open my eyes when using to remove my eye makeup. Doesn't really sting but makes my vision a little blurry for a few mins. Otherwise feels so nice.
good for oily and acne skin
Before this, I used Xero it balm pink one. But that one not suitable for combination and oily skin. Now I am using Fig Cleansing balm, which is very suitable for oily and acne skin.

it has a very pleasant smell, fruity but not overpoweringIt has fragance, which try to avoid in skincare but since this is a wash off pruduct, i dont mind at allI hate rubbing and tugging at my skin, this is so good for it because it melts very fast and then just glide on the skin very gentlyIt breaks down make up and spf very wellI just make sure to use an actual face wash (cerave) after to double cleanse and remove any residue from my skinIf you get it in your eyes, it wont burn at all but you will deffinitly get eye clouds and see bludy until you rinse it of completly tho
