I am confident I would not have gotten pregnant without these strips, they provide such good information at a really inexpensive price! I used these in combination with noting CM method and using an app "predictor" to track my ovulation to try to get pregnant. Both CM and the app predicted I ovulated nearly a full 5-7 days before I actually did! So for everyone else that is like me and wants every single shred of information to increase their odds here is my review with everything I have learned.GENERAL TESTINGBoth the HCG (pregnancy test) and LH (ovulation test) strips are a thick, coated cardboard like material. After submerging the stick for ~5 seconds (I keep a small Tupperware in the bathroom cabinet just for this that I wash after each use), the test is good to read after 5 minutes. There was some disagreement between the instructions in the box and on the app on wait time. In my experience, the test typically got as dark as it would get after about 2 minutes BUT with that being said, I normally read it after 10 minutes to hours later. The instructions specifically said not to read after 10 minutes but I never had any difference between a "fresh" 10 minute stick and an hours old one.LH TESTINGFor LH to predict ovulation, I began testing about 10 days after the start of my cycle (ie day one of period). Ovulation typically occurs between days 11-21. I did not do this test at the same time everyday. Some people say to do the LH test twice a day (morning/night) so you don't miss a surge; I did not need to do this to catch my surge but something to keep in mind.The LH strips will (*should*) always have two lines. For a positive, the first line nearest the part that goes into the pee, will be as dark as or nearly as dark as the second line. At first before I had seen a positive, I used the app to determine if it was a positive or not. After seeing my first positive, I did not need the app; the lines truly will look the same color. The app will give you various numbers ranging between 0-10 and the numbers will likely jump up and down before you ovulate. I was worried a lower number on a date meant I missed my surge but this was not true (ie the number would go from 3.5 to 2.1 to 5.4 to 1.8). The app just gives a "best guess," and these are not numbers to live by.LH POSITIVEThis is NOT an ovulation test but an LH test. This means that if you get a positive, you are experiencing a LH surge. LH (leutenizing hormone) is the hormone that triggers ovulation after an egg follicle reaches the desired size; after this peak, ovulation can occur between 12-48 hours. So the day of my peak and the next two-ish days are what I considered my days for conception.If you have fertility issues, these tests are not going to tell you if you are actually, effectively ovulating an egg.THE APPI at first used the app to "analyze" my strips but then gained confidence to just look at them and make a decision. I did take a picture when I got positives to keep track of the dates. See above notes for the numbers that are assigned to the LH tests. Overall, it's a good resource but I don't use it regularly after getting the hang of both tests.HCG (pregnancy) TESTINGSame procedure for the hcg testing; pee and wait 5+ minutes. I again waited longer than the 5 minute window and the test did not change (directions say do not read after 5 minutes). I still have my positive test weeks later and it is still visible. This is like traditional tests; one line is negative, two lines is positive (no matter how light/dark the line is). I had my first positive test (if I squinted) at 9 days after my LH surge (most people will measure "DPO" but with most testing, we can only guess when ovulation occurs but I can say definitely when my LH surge was). I included a picture of my day 9 and day 10 positive tests. Based on these positives, I ovulated on day 18 when my app predicted day 14 and I would have also predicted around day 14 from CM.OVERALLI am VERY happy with this purchase. The kit is alone worth the price for the pregnancy tests (25)- imagine buying 25 tests at a store. I was able to test starting day 7 after my LH surge and not be worried about cost or availability of the pregnancy tests. I saw posts about false positives so I was slightly worried, but after reading the very very very small chance of false positives, I was very reassured! Highly recommend!

My husband and I are trying for baby number three and I have PCOS, which makes my cycles completely wonky. And even when I do “ovulate” it could mean that my hormones increase, yet the follicles that are supposed to release an egg, fail to do so.All that aside I did want a little more guidance since we have been trying for a year with no success. At least this will give us an opportunity to try during when I “should” be ovulating!I took this test for the first time and I was “pretty sure” I was near ovulation, just wanted some confirmation and I got a positive result the first time I used it!Also downloaded the app and had to shine light on the test in order for it to catch it, but scored a 7, which means mid surge. :)I’ll update if pregnancy occurs in the next couple of months after using these strips! Say a prayer! ;)

These tests are pretty good. I got a positive pregnancy test after only 5 days. They are very sensitive.

LH surgeWe’ve been trying for 2.5 years for baby number 2. I used these test and got pregnant. They are super accurate, and easy to understand with the app Premom.they remained the same color for a day after I would take them. The Lh test were wonderful!! Whenever it’s time again for another I will definitely use these!Pregnancy testThese test were not good. I kept getting faint only test. When I say faint I mean truly faint. Like it would look it was a evap line which never happened with my Lh surge test. I could read them a day later and they were exactly like the day I took them. I would say the pregnancy test aren’t accurate. We are pregnant but the faint line was scary because it never got darker. I had to go buy a test from the store! Just something to be cautious of with the Preg tests! I included a picture of how dark got, and I’m 6 weeks pregnant!

I love this product . It helped me track when i was ovulating and when it was my peak, that way I knew what days to make sure and do it . Only had to use it for one month & now im pregnant ! :) both the pregnancy strips and ovulation strips worked for me . I would suggest you download the app to track everything.

The lh strips have worked great and the hcg tests with my first order worked fine as well. But the second time I have order this product and I am UPSET I got a positive hcg on the 18th and have had a barely visible positive test on each one daily to today as well! But I got blood work done which was negative and also took a clearblue which was negative, I am 12 days due into. I'm supposed to start my period. I also took clomid for 4 days on the 4th day of my period but that does not affect hcg tests in anyways which means that this batch of hcg tests I got were faulty! So I want to be sent new hcg tests for free to see of they work again. I prefer the top one as I felt they worked best to the new ones that are giving me barely positives which I think are FALSE POSITIVES which really break you're heart when you're actively trying to concieve!

The ovulation test went perfectly. I got pregnant the first month using them. I used three of the pregnancy test and all said no when I was two days late, but took a regular pregnancy test and it showed positive both digital and standard.

False positives
I really wanted to believe that these were going to be good but I tested and got a pink positive line. Just to test with another brand and it be completely stark white and negative! My heart is broken!

Ich war erst verunsichert durch die negativen Bewertungen aber ich kann diese nicht teilen. Die Ovulationstests funktionieren einwandfrei, ich habe jeden Tag zur gleichen Zeit getestet, so wird ein Peak offensichtlich. Anders als erwartet habe ich den Eisprung viel später. Hilft sehr, den eigenen Zyklus zu bestimmen. Die HCG Tests haben bei mir auch keine VL, und mein Test Paket ist über 1 Jahr haltbar. Top!!
