:::Many updates so please scroll to bottom to see whole review:::So I've only ridden this bike for about 60 miles so far but here are my initial thoughts: This is a fun bike to ride, I haven't taken it off-road but did ride on some rough side hills for a bit and it rides nice. It's a nice looking bike, much better colors than its brother. As you'll see below I've made a number of upgrades to the bike to make it much more capable. Each is pretty easy to do with basic mechanical skills. If you are interested in what others have done to their bikes search for the thread "The dolo in the (semi) wild".Suggested setup:Before you ride it the first time, grease and adjust everything-I pulled the wheels apart and regreased everything. The modifications were great upgrades. I stayed in the lowest gear most of the ride. Was a lot of fun. Tires were running 6 in the front and 8 in the rear. Might need to drop a little lower for additional traction.Edit:18Jan2016After about 40 miles of snow riding I have decided to get new tires for increased float and traction. The stock tires are good all around tires but I easily broke them loose in the lower gears. I installed the 4.5 inch juggernaut tires above. There is a good amount of clearance between the frame and chain in the lowest gear. If we get more snow this year I'll be pumped to see what they can do.Edit: 9Jul2016I have almost 300 miles on the bike now and I still like this bike a lot. Back in February I rode a fat bike race and it performed well, I on the other had didn't do so great. I've been pulling a cargo trailer and bike trailer a lot the last few weeks and it's a nice ride. I'm really starting to love fat biking especially since it makes all the roads smoother and I don't have to worry about seams in the road to throw me off. I'm planning to take this on RAGBRAI for a day so I'm feeling comfortable taking the bike on long trips though this is significantly farther than any previous one.Edit: 29Oct2016The last year with this bike has been great. I took it on one day of RAGBRAI and it survived 74 miles of fun. I have started to pull my cargo trailer more often and it does a great job conquering the hills with up to 120 lbs behind me. Not much more to report other than at 650 miles it's still riding well. Time to get ready for winter riding.Edit: 25Dec2016Just installed the 4.8" Snowshoe XL tire that I studded by hand using flat top bike studs. The tire is slightly smaller than the 4.5" Juggernaut I run in the summer. Great traction with this combination, I didn't even know I was riding ice until I put my foot down to check.Edit: 3Nov2017Wow, it's been awhile since the last update but the bike is still going strong at 1,522 miles. No issues to report.

Arrived a day early in great shape. Easy to assemble and seems to be very good quality. Took it to the beach first day preformed well . Great value compared to the astonishing prices I have seen for similar bikes . I will be using this bike on the beach and don’t need a two thousand dollar bike to rust away. I will probably be buying a second for my daughter she enjoyed riding it as well .
Good bike, obscenely priced, poor instructions.
Okay so I am going to start with the Pros:1) The bicycle frame seems very sturdy, and the black with white accents on the steel frame is sharp - as are the black aluminum rims.2) The bike is MOSTLY assembled in the package.3) The wheels are fantastic, you can just ignore so many obstructions with this thing while on the trails.Now for the CONS:1) The Price. I don't know who wants to wake up these bicycle companies about it but Covid 19 causing a supply deficit can't be used as an excuse anymore. I am CERTAIN that the supply and demand has balanced out by now. Y'all are just greedy and don't want to go back to the proper cost balance because you can make more this way and it is messed up. The cost of bicycles in general is ridiculous. This bike went for around $400 before Covid and I had to fork over more than $900 that is Corporate Greed at its finest.2) The weight, Just so you guys know this bike is made with a Steel frame - as they state - and it is HEAVY.3) The brakes - because of the weight of the bike in particular - take quite a bit of time to engage and bring you to a stop - I recommend using the rear and then the front brakes to ensure a safe stop. If these brakes were on a lighter weight bicycle I am sure they would perform much better.4) The seat. It is far too firm. Also the seat post assembly does not like to stay where it is, the seat will shift downward if too much pressure is applied to it and that is a problem for people that don't like to smash their scrotum against their seat - which I am certain is most of us.5) The assembly instructions. They suck, there is no ifs ands or buts about this one... They hand you a "generic" assembly guide and expect you to figure it out. Just based on the simple fact of how grossly they overpriced this product you would expect them to at least provide proper building instructions. But alas that is not the case here.6) This is a specific one directed to Purolator - and whichever other channels that this bicycle went through to make it to my doorstep - not the seller so I will not blame the seller for this one. BUT there was a hole in the bottom, and side of the box they delivered this in. There were ALSO loose components in the bottom of the box that were necessary. It was a MIRACLE that nothing was lost due to this oversight on the packaging.In summation:Solid bike, Great frame and wheels, not without its flaws, RIDICULOUS price, Braking is challenging due to bike weight being so heavy, Seat and Seat Assembly just suck all around. Instructions are wrong and just generalized, and your delivery method needs to be more CAREFUL. My advice, just wait until prices go down, and save yourself the heartache and ridiculous pricing.

Acceptable for most people.
This is not a good choice for a bike snob, but you know that already, right? This is a cheap fat bike for someone who doesn’t want to spend 3 to 4 times as much on an “entry level” unit at their local bike shop.I ride a fairly decent road bike during spring to fall, and picked one of these up for the winter. Yes, it’s a definite step down in terms of overall quality. If I wanted to, I could replace a whole bunch of the components to make it a lot nicer. But is it perfectly acceptable for my 15-minute winter commute? The answer is of course yes. I’m satisfied, especially given the price point I was able to snag it at.
