I usually don’t notice supplements right away, changing my body but this one I really felt like I could breathe and just a couple days with the more I’m taking it. It is kind of seems like it just stays that good. It doesn’t get better, but I like it.

I’ve tried a sone similar to this before long time ago and it seemd to work.. I just bought these and they seem to be working as well.. give it a week or 2 to notice results . If you quit smoking like I have after 28 years these make it seem as if I hadn’t smoked at all.. I do feel the after affects of long time smoking using these .. keep in mind as well that everyone is different too.. what works for me may take longer or shorter time to take effect so give it a chance wheather it be atleast a week or a month , I guarantee you’ll see results at some point .
