The Fender SA-150 is a full-size steel-string acoustic that offers big sound at a small price. It's strong enough to stand up to the everyday use (and abuse) that beginning players might throw its way thanks to its all-laminate construction with lindenwood top and mahogany back and sides. This guitar also features scalloped "X"-bracing, mahogany neck and a durable dark-stained maple fingerboard to give you an instrument that looks as good as it sounds. My father in law picked up this guitar so I’d have something to jam on while we visit. I haven’t been able to put it down! Very enjoyable to play! Great tone and the intonation is spot on. For the money I’d say this is a great guitar to get started on or even a nice back up for more experienced players. Well worth it!

I ordered this guitar for my son for his birthday, he loves it. He has started taking lessons and is enjoying it very much. His instructor said it was a nice guitar and the only thing that would make it better for beginners is if the strings were a little closer to the neck so it is easier to push them down with the fingers that haven't developed calluses yet from playing the notes and cords.

Bought this guitar as an Anniversary present for my husband. He loves music and always wanted to learn how to play guitar. The guitar is nice, it sounds good. The only problem is that it was missing the top post to hook the strap, I emailed the company, and their answer was that 95% of guitars comes without it. Which my husband doesn't believe, cause in that case why would they even provide a strap. The carry bag the zipper handle was broke, but they were quick to send me a new carry bag with a good zipper. Overall is a very nice guitar.

Love the guitar. Good quality and value for the price. I read other reviews that said the big red sticker on the pick guard does not come off. IT DOES. The entire pick guard is covered by a clear plastic sheet to protect it from scratching while being shipped. The sticker is on top of the clear sheet. So when removing, remove the entire clear sheet from the pick guard and the sticker will come with it.

The guitar is much bigger and better looking than I expected. I've never tried to play a guitar before, so I am truly a beginner. It sounds great, and the tutorial that comes with the package has already helped me learn. The Seller did a fantastic job of packaging the item to ensure it wouldn't arrive damaged. There were a few blemishes on the neck. I have purchased other musical instruments from music stores, in the past. These were not scratches. Minor blemishes, that I was able to wipe off easily with a damp cloth.I am very happy with the value I received. I'll be back to purchase strings, when I need them...
