I love my TRX. I have no complaints whatsoever. I have it attached to a door where it remains in place and does not shift around. I have been using it daily and it is holding up well and does everything I need it to do.

TRX Starter kit high quality and durable. ABout the only knock is that TRX sells basically the same kit with multiple names. Basically all are mostly the same. In addition there are pleny of knockoff for way less money. Still with the real TRX you down have to worry about cheap carbiners or stitching failing, which is important when you bracing your full weight on them.

I am a big fan of TRX and have been using it since my personal trainer introduced me to the system 15+ years ago. The Sweat version is particularly well suited if you want to take it with you (e.g. business trips, vacation, etc). It is VERY compact and has a travel pouch to keep it all together. In addition to the door anchor strap, the "suspension anchor" strap lets you anchor it to a tree, pole, etc. Everything is very high quality and durable.Part of the beauty of this system is that you can adjust depending on your fitness level and particular needs. Someone just getting back into working out can benefit and someone who wants to push it to the max can do so. Also can be used for stretching, rehab, etc.At home, I use the anchor (purchased separately) that attaches to a door's hinge that gives me a secure anchor point and is unobtrusive when I want to store the rest of the system.This item comes iwth a free trial for the app. Some peple will love those workouts as a way to get introduced or keep to a schedule. There are plenty of videos and diagrams available to help you get the most of of the system whatever your goals are.

I love TRX. It’s easy to hook on a door and suddenly I’m ready to do a full body workout. Here are a few thoughts I had with this Sweat System.- Just like the last set I bought, it’s very compact. It’s easy to take out and put into the included bag.- I love how focused my exercises are with TRX. It activates and focuses your movements as you stabilize yourself.- This band is very sturdy. I weigh 200 pounds and am not worried about it breaking when hanging.- The included materials are helpful. It’s good to see the different exercises you can do and what they can take the place of at a gym.- All of their stuff is made with very high-quality material. I’ve used their weighted vest, medicine balls, etc. and they never disappoint in their quality.Overall, this is a great starting point for a TRX system. They have a lot more that I recommend, but this is a great starting point.

TRX makes first rate equipment, and this is no exception. Why should you spring for a real TRX instead of the dozens of seemingly identical products at half the price? Well, for one thing, they invented it. If that’s not reason enough, look at the pictures. First picture, this setup is born to travel. This can go around the world with you tucked into a backpack. The simple, high quality mesh bag that seems to come with every TRX product lasts forever, is sized and shaped perfectly, and is somehow easy to get everything in despite how small it looks. Second picture, thick but still soft durable webbing material with perfect, unobtrusive stitching that will outlive you. This is the biggest difference between TRX and the clones. Third picture, best door anchor on the market. Rigid, but not hard. Works reliably without scratching anything. I’ve never cut one open, but it seems to use a metal plate with hard plastic, wrapped in soft plastic, wrapped in some kind of soft durable foam and scratch free fabric expertly sewn around the whole deal. If you are used to doing TRX bodyweight exercises at the gym, then you will like this trainer system for home use. Go online to find some of the hundreds of exercises you can perform with these. Then hook it to a strong support, or wrap it around a tree, and go to work. The more space you have around you, the more exercises you can perform. It also packs lightly, so you can carry it on your travels if you are so inclined. This system is made by TRX, so you know the material in the straps is solid and will support your weight. The hand grips also feel like the ones at the gym. My only caution would be that, if you are big/heavy, I'm not sure I would use these on a home doorway, out of fear of ripping the door off, but that may be me being overly cautious.

The TRX offers you a wide variety of exercises to hit all body parts using limited space. The adjustable straps allow you customize it for the body part you are working and allows you to also adjust the intensity.Using a TRX in a door frame will limit some of your range of motion availability with some exercises, but for an at home system you cannot go wrong with this. They provide a poster, a booklet and an app to help you feel comfortable and confident with set up and use.There are a lot of off brand competitors but when you are trusting a suspension system with your body weight, I would trust the designers over any off-brand. Highly recommend to anyone and all fitness levels!
