I love the dispenser and the quality of the paper towels however it's hard for me to open. I have to get up on a chair and struggle with it to get it to open. It's made of plastic so I'm afraid of breaking it. Why not show a video of how to open it. This is my second purchase the first one was for tissue and I didn't realize it until I got it home. 🤦🏾♀️ HELP!!!!

This Mind reader Paper towel dispenser, towel holder is fantastic. It is sturdy and looks great on my cabinet. I easily installed it using double sided tape even though it can be easily installed using the provided screws. It is the perfect size for the area I placed it. I bought a few others and returned them until I got this one. It was a great price. The paper towels come out one by one very easily. 100% satisfied with this product

Can’t say much. It dispenses multi fold towels. Not super robust, but still a value for its build quality. Holds a single stack snuggly. Should hold up fine in a well behaved environment. Mine is actually stuck to the side of a file cabinet with dollar tree suction cups. I keep it near my personal coffee maker in my office. For $12, it’s a bargain- especially if you have access to in-house multi fold towels.

Works well for dispensing z-fold paper towels. I got some removable adhesive strips to stick it to a mirror in the bathroom instead of using the mounting screws that came with it. The mechanism that is supposed to lock/unlock the cover for refilling does not appear to function. Luckily the plastic cover is just flimsy enough that you can force it open to fill and snap it back in place to close. It's good for an inexpensive option but would not stand up to long-term or hard use. Since I don't intend to use it for years, it was just what I needed.

It cracked in the middle on the first pull. When you put the key into open it it will break the housing when you push down. I was going to buy 4 but I’m glad I didn’t. I like the small size but the plastic is too thin. Not worth returning.

El producto resultó bueno, algo sencillo, pero muy económico, así que, no me quejo. Trae una pequeña llave para poder abrir el dispensador y rellenarlo, pero no funcionó, porque la llave se barría, lo que realmente es intrascendente, porque con sólo presionar el mecanismo se abre el contenedor. Todo es de plástico, así que hay que tratarlo con un poco de cuidado, pero eso no quiere decir que sea frágil. La colocación fue súper fácil, en 5 minutos ya estaba instalado.
