Have a torn abdominal muscle and the compression helps keep the muscle from moving too much. The shirt fits perfectly and is easier to get off than other brands I've used due to the moisture wicking ability.

I’m not gonna lie I was feeling myself and bought this shirt to look buff and assuming you’re purchasing this shirt you are as well.Material: The material for this shirt is good and allows for stretching but not a lot of stretching. It’s also breathable and feels good on the skinSmell: The smell is alright for a shirt. Smells typical.Thickness: It’s not thick at all and good for sports and working out. **If you have a bit of a gut it will show**Size: This shirt is true to size towards your normal shirt. If you wear baggy clothes do not order the same size. Finally this shirt fits more for people who are taller/weigh more. For an example I ordered a Large and I’m 6’1 178lbs (Yes I am skinny) and the shirt fits slightly long on me length wise. However it fits my collar and arms well.

I really like these. They’re good for exercise, or, if like me, you still have a long ways to go, making you look a tiny bit slimmer. ;) They can work well as a base layer.It’s in the name and is actually a reason some people buy these, but it took me a little bit to notice: these hold in a bit of heat. Fantastic for colder weather or a cool gym, but a little less comfortable in the summer. I can’t possibly deduct a star from a product called HeatGear for this, though.

I bought this shirt to play basketball in, and as an athlete, this shirt is very comfortable and lightweight. It fits very well and is good quality. The only thing I didn't like about it was that the sleeves are longer than I like, but that is more of a personal preference than something wrong with the shirt.

Great shirt, decent price, great for sports
Wanted a compression shirt because im rather sweaty. Hot gym plus pooling sweat is no good in a lot of sports. But this shirt is great at wicking sweat. Not sure on what the material is but it gets the job done. Its better than conventional cotton and better than other dry wicking material that fits loosely. So its like a material that ends up increasing the surface area of your skin. Overally for me, as someone who gets really sweaty during sports this has been great.

Was having issue with back pain after playing ball, but with these my back and shoulders feel much better after a run or two. Tall length definitely helps with product riding up and keeps me from getting that crop top look. Im 6'4" and Medium Tall is long enough, but might be a little too snug.
