Well I am 5'4 and around 97 to 100 lbs I spent 3 1/2 hours sweeping the entire one side of our patio(sure there are still some spots I missed but I'll get them) Yes it is weird that the handle comes in 4 pieces but if you tighten them on strong enough it shouldn't be an issue I didn't have an issue with the handle the entire time the reason it took 3 1/2 hours is because it is very hard to sweep cement but it can be done with some effort. That one big pile was all over our patio on one side. We have a giant pine tree that is beginning to shed it's old needles and so this is just the beginning of my job. My body is sore as hell but it is worth it.

seems like a decent broom. I'm not crazy about how the handle comes in multiple pieces. you have to be sure to get them inserted all the way or the handle will be weak and flexible.

I had no expecations for the broom, but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived.It was easy to assemble and should serve me well for cleaning off my patio, driveway and front walkway.

This thing is awful. I guess I didn't have high expectations for a broom that comes in a box. But it's so stiff it's difficult to move across my driveway so it takes way more effort than it should.It leaves behind a lot. You can get some leaves and pine needles, but forget about dirt. It also holds about half of what it sweeps, so after 10 minutes I am just moving around the mass of crap it collected and dropping off bits of it in new places, vs sweeping.It was hard to assemble. Some of the pieces didn't fit well inside of others, despite trying multiple configurations. I wasn't able to do it myself and my husband had to use brute strength to force it together.I would not recommend. Going to invest a little more time and money this time and get a higher quality broom from the home improvement store.
