I've tried many different kinds of multivitamins over the years, from different brands and in different formulations. This is by far the one that has given me the best results. Overall, more energy throughout the day, more focus, better sleep and a sense of well being. The directions in the bottle recommends 6 capsules a day, but it has worked great taking only four, and sometimes just three. I take two at breakfast, one at lunch and one at dinner. Sometimes I skip the last one. My only complain is the price, but then again I've noticed the difference, so I getting what I was expecting from it. This is certainly a high quality supplement.

I've tried a lot of multivitamins over the years and I've never felt any difference of any of them until now I take four of these a day I'm over 55 , athletic and these have given me a boost throughout the entire day, highly recommend

I tried most the top brand vitamins and i dont feel any energy or interesting input to mention with any of them, most people feel some energy others a placebo effect or probably they are in very poor shape or have poor nutrition and really feel a boost of energy. The reason why personally take vitamins is nobody have a 100% balanced diet and good quality vitamins can make a contribution to the missing nutrients. Is very well know artificially made vitamins have poor or none contribution to the body. Natural sources of vitamins are the best but due the process they are more expensive, vitamins is one of those things you get what you pay.The only downside i noticed is a very strong smell in the urine even skipping the Thorne vitamins day, this worried me and ended up with a visit to my doctor probably expecting a urinary infection or else but no, the urinalysis results returned just fine. We all know all vitamins excess are disposed with the urine affecting color and smell but this particular vitamin have a strong smell out of the bottle and i can confirm at least to me the urine smell is bad. I like the brand, i like the blend but im going to take a break from this one.

These arrived in an overnight delivery, wow. I can't make any strong observations about the quality of the vitamins so far, after a few weeks, but Bolo is asking for a review. (Could wait a year, you know?) I'm hopeful for healthy outcomes. No side effects. White capsules are not small but light and rather soft, making them easy to swallow, clearly a step up from the firmer sort I used to buy at drug store.
