I get a new bottle every 3 months about.I used to take melatonin and it always gave me weird dreams and made me groggy afterwardsI have suggested Noctoplex to many friends and have taken it for 2 years.Bottle suggests 2 pills at night, I split 1 in half and that is easily enough to knock me out and wake up feeling refreshed. Makes me sleep like a rock.I only take it on days that I am on my ADHD medication as I have trouble sleeping on it. But 10/10 would recommend for anyone with trouble falling asleep, or sleeping through the night.Trouble falling asleep - take ½ of 1 pillTrouble sleeping through the night - take 1 - 2 pills. Start with 1 if that doesn't help go up by ½.I do not recommend taking it daily as your body will become dependent on it, and tolerance may increase.But on nights that you are really struggling I highly suggest this.

i bought this product as a part of a reimbursed sleep study project. i have only used it for 6 days, or since i got the approval to start & buy the product. Instructions said to take a half hour before bedtime. I did not notice that it made me sleepy after a half hour, and so I did stay up later most nights, I still woke up several times thru the night, Looking at my FitBit watch sleep tracking results it shows I was able to more consistently get close to my total sleep goal of 6.5 hours per night during the 6 days so far, so there was improvement. I am hoping that this will continue.

When I read the description on the bottle I thought, hopefully this will be a more natural way to get to sleep faster, because my brain tends to go over the day and makes a mental check list for tomorrow. Usually it takes me 60 to 90 minutes to get to sleep with out any sleep aids.I took the recommended dosage of (2) pills 30 minutes before going to bed. Instead of getting to sleep sooner, I was wide awake for 1 to 2 hours. In addition my mind was working where I was not relaxed and my hot flashes/night sweats increased (which always wakes me up). I wanted to give NoctoPlex a fair trial, but after 7 days straight, my body could not take it anymore. I was fatigued, could not think straight and was clumsy. I was only getting 3 to 5 hours of sleep per day. I normally function well with 7 to 8 hours of sleep. In the past I used Melatonin as a sleep aid and it gave me a good nights rest. Each dosage of NoctoPlex was $1.67 per dosage (2 tablets) while the Melatonin was $0.10 per dosage (10 mg). Using Noctoplex is expensive especially if you are not getting a good nights rest.From this trial, I would not recommend using NoctoPlex.

I was sent a sample of this to try, I only took one, not two as suggested, it did help me fall asleep and stay asleep, but I had trouble waking up the next morning, I felt groggy for awhile afterwards. The pills were a little on the large side and smell bad. The bottle I was sent expires in just a few weeks and I just received it a few weeks ago. I probably wouldn't buy this product, the price is way too high. There are several other products you can get that are much cheaper and work well, just with less ingredients in them, I will probably switch back to one of those.

It does work for me, but it smells horrible. The tablets are very large so I need to cut them in half. With a pill cutter, it cuts real well. Both my husband and I both take this. It takes me about 1 hour. My husband writes software so his mind is always busy and full of stuff. He said he could not go without it and he is not a pill taker. He says it clears his mind so he can sleep better.

Initially, I tried a half dose for two days, but I didn't feel like it did anything. The first night that I took a full dose, my sleep quality was much improved. It didn't help my mind calm down or fall asleep faster, like the product description says.. and I woke up earlier than normal. That said, I feel like the sleep I got was better.. I did not wake up through the night, I had more energy during the day, and I didn't hit any weird slumps where I'd normally want to take a nap. Would be great if this was a single-pill dose or if the pills were smaller.

NoctoPlex Clinically Formulated Sleep Formula helped me sleep through the night.I am used to waking constantly and this really helped me. I was hesitant about trying sleep aids because I had never tried one before and was worried about side effects. I did not notice any side effects and it also has vitamins I need.
