This matches our new sink so well. I chose this one because of the hole being at the very end of the dispenser. This makes a huge difference! With others over time the hole becomes jagged. I have sliced my hand on them several times. I tried 4 different brands, and just gave in to replacing the top ever year or so. The hose is long enough to go to the bottom of the sink for easy filling and jug change out. It has a valve so it doesn't backflow making the suction excellent!! The pump performance is phenomenal. You can easily control the output with minimal effort, but It will easily squirt across the entire sink if you give it a full quick pump.

This soap dispenser looks good, it's well made for the price range, and it's a good value. The supplied hose is plenty long enough to go virtually anywhere under your sink to a soap container. There's no leakage of any sort, and performance is dependent on, seemingly, the temperature of the soap. The warmer it is, the easier it flows. Never would have guessed that!

Put in new sink, added this soap dispenser, I like the fact that the hose runs down to a large bottle under the sink that can be easily replaced when empty. Took a little bit of pumping at the beginning, I followed the instructions and pushed down on the pump and held it down for 2 seconds before releasing this seemed to fill the tube quicker, took a little bit to get the air bubbles out / spurting, works great. Shipped quickly, item works as described, would do business with seller again.

It took less than 10 minutes to put in. It did take about 50 pumps to get the soap flowing, but it works great.If the soap doesn’t flow after 50 pumps make sure that the end of the tube is hitting the bottom of the bottle.

This soap dispenser is garbage. I must submit at least one star, in order to continue. It will not let me select zero stars, which I would, if it were allowable. We had to replace it once, because some internal component failed, making it impossible to prime and therefore impossible to pump soap. Some weeks into the ownership, post-replacement (we bought two because we have two kitchen islands, each with a sink for food prep), the spout popped out of its housing when we pumped for more soap. The picture I have provided shows the spout laying on the countertop in a puddle of soapy ooze. It seems there is no internal mechanism for retaining the spout, and keeping your counter free of soapy ooze. Also, quite a bit of soap is wasted every time this happens. If a low price is your only criterion, this is the dispenser for you, as long as you don’t mind the added inconvenience of having to clean the mess up every 10 or 12 pumps.My recommendation is to find a highly rated countertop dispenser, or just pour the soap from the bottle you keep under the sink. Oh, and don’t drill a hole for a counter-mounted soap dispenser unless you have ordered an American made piece of equipment from a company that has a Quality Assurance department, which tests each unit before packaging it for distribution.This next part is not a racist rant, but save your time if you don’t want to read my commentary about the current state of trade relations internationally.The US has single-handedly built up the Nation of China through its trade deals and “Most Favored Nation” status. This has been done through deals which moved our manufacturing to China and out of the US, because since labor in China is vastly less expensive than in the US, and they don’t have labor friendly laws restricting the exploitation of its workers, including children, it costs less to manufacture in China even though it all then has to shipped back here.The result is a stream of products, unimaginably inferior to those that can be made here, because the people of China, and this is no knock on their race (even though their hatred of whites, and Americans specifically is incalculable), but merely of culture, have complete and utter disdain on the enormous numbers of American consumers, and they don’t care to produce anything of quality in order for us to purchase their products.And here’s the rub: we don’t care enough about the total inferiority of the garbage they produce to say anything about it! We keep on buying it because it’s cheap and convenient!You may think a soap dispenser is a silly item to take to the (!!!) soapbox over this accumulated failure in quality production. I assert that this for me, is the last straw before the need to say something.In closing, I thank you for you attentive ear. It’s not just soap dispensers, people. We must do better with production of goods right here in America. We must produce quality goods, products and services. At fair prices, and be able to rate such goods that the best ones sell best, making the most money for the best producers. Lastly, don’t buy this garbage. It will run you over the edge as it has apparently done to me.

This soap dispenser is awesome. I highly recommend it.I was getting tired of having to crawl under the sink to remove the bottle to pour soap in it and having to ask the girlfriend to hold the top portion to screw on the bottle. This should not have to be a major event. That to me is a major fail.Once this is installed, life is easy. The instructions recommend adding some water to the bottle of dish soap to thin it out so it flows easier. I did that and it works perfect. After a few pumps, I had dish soap flowing.I placed my bottle of dish soap at the back of the cabinet where it is out of the way and we don't really put things because it is a little far back. It worked out perfect for us.Update:It's now been six months and this soap dispenser is still working perfectly. I haven't had any issues with it yet.I highly recommend this product.
