Makes a simple addition to ramen, giving it some variety in textures and flavors. It smells a bit strong, but not in a bad way. Sort of onion-y, I guess? Being able to add vegetables so easily, you literally just add them to the hot water you rehydrate the noodles in, is really nice. The price is excellent for an entire pound of vegetables, and it will probably last us quite some time.

I have been using these dried vegetable to add color and nutrition to ramen, rice, soups, and occasionally stews. Very easy to use, a great staple to keep in the cupboard.

These are fine, but I found them tasteless and even dusty tasting even after rehydration and boiling. They’re better than nothing if you don’t have access to fresher, or might be very useful for a camping trip. I found they rehydrated well in cold or hot water when given enough time.

This stuff is great to add some veggies to my ramen!I added some to a chicken torilla soup I made as well and it was soooo good. This is definitely gonna be a regular buy for me.

I have purchased these dried veggies before and found them to be very convenient to use. It is really a simple matter to put a spoonful or 2 into dishes while cooking them. I've even taken these backpacking to add to freeze dried meals or dehydrated foods for additional flavor. I like these as they don't have potatoes in the mix.
