This pepper is nothing to sneeze at! Typical "McStoremick" pepper is good and all, but honestly I have been impressed with the flavor of this black pepper grind in my cooking. Sometimes you don't want to break out the mill for a recipe when you simply need a tsp from the spice rack. I have been very happy with all of The Spice Way products I've purchased as I switch away from store canister spices. I have found each bag to taste fresh, and at a much lower price than from the supermarket - I simply refill my spice containers and keep the remaining amounts in their bag in a pantry tote.Personally, I wish I had realized years ago that I could incorporate more spices into my cooking for less money by buying in bags this way... I sincerely appreciate these products - thank you!

I was looking for a medium ground and thought this might work. But it didn't say on the packaging, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. If you are looking for a fine ground pepper this would be a great choice.
