After being told I needed medications for high blood pressure (or have a stroke or heart attack) due to hardening of arteries, I did some research. K2 (MK7) redirects calcium from arteries to the bones. It is normally made in the gut and is used in many places in our bodies. Many studies show how low K2 will put people at risk. I have been taking an antibiotic for over 3 yrs. & must take for life due to a bone infection risk, although it is known that my antibiotic causes K2 loss, my doctors never told me. This product is so REASONABLY PRICED and EASY TO TAKE, I hope it will undo some of the damage caused by a medical system which ignores nutrition and whole body health; but only values prescription drugs . Yes there are 240 pills so dont be alarmed when you open to see what looks like 2/3rds missing.For the manufacturer there's no need for this huge bottle the pills only fill up to 1/3.I'd rather have more space and my supplement cabinet so make this bottle smaller if you will and then save Plastics being thrown in the ocean. I like that these have coconut oil in them that's a good choice

I can't speak for any effects good or bad but I can say the capsules are small. Add you Vit D and you should have the recommended combination for cardio health.
