I bought this for my elderly aunt and her retirement residence since she only needed a snack fridge, not a full size fridge, there.She likes the aesthetics. Looks like an old fashioned fridge. We both love that it has a can compartment that allows you to take the can out easily since they are stacked vertically.It is quiet, gets very cold and has room for a single ice tray and small frozen treats and containers.I would recommend for the can dispenser alone!

I bought this refrigerator over a year ago. It's been working real good , haven't had any trouble with it. But it's time to defrost. Just haven't had the time. It doesn't get real icy inside but just enough to get your attention. That's the only thing that I forgot to look for when I bought it was wether or not it was frost free or not. It's not, but I do wish it was since I'm a bit handicapped. I'm cat loves laying on top of the refrigerator to look out the window behind it. And yes I left the plastic on top of the frig so it would stay shiny when I finally take it off. BUT I do wish it was frost free, just couldn't afford the price. The price was right on this frig and the height and width was just right for my needs, so all in all I'm pleased with my purchase of this refrigerator.

Our 17 year old fridge was dying, so we needed to replace it in a hurry. With just two of us & seeing just how expensive refrigerators are, I decided that a quick solution was best, even if it's temporary. The price seemed very reasonable. I'm not sure just how energy efficient it is, but it definitely suits our needs for the time being. It's a good size for us. It came quickly, which was great. It looks nice with its stainless steel finish on the front of it. I like that it has glass shelves. It also has a plastic bin at the bottom. That's kind of flimsy, though. There's a dial on the side to try to regulate the temperature, but it keeps icing up the back wall. I've been keeping it around 3-4, I believe. The only thing that needed to be done, was putting on the 2 handles with a screwdriver. They look nice, but they are actually made from very cheap material. I hope they hold up! All in all, it really suits us for now. If we decide to get another regular size one in the future, we could always keep this as an extra, or sell it.

Be REAL Bolo, and STOP HIDING truthful, negative reviews!!!-----------------------------------------------------------------------------If you are considering getting this so-called 'refrigerator', FIRST be SURE you sort reviews by the 1-Star ones (like this one) which Bolo purposefully hides; then, understand that most of the positive reviews are for the 3CF version.The 7.5 CF one is one of the WORST purchases EVER. Based on how much food we've lost, it's worse than a money pit. Might have well just burned the cash.The first 7.5 CF Fridge we ordered (different seller) turned out to be a scam, and whatever was shipped, wound up being diverted by the seller to a different STATE 680 miles away, AFTER we'd waited nearly a month for it. It was then somehow picked up (don't ask me how this was allowed to happen) by someone else.Having been ordering out, with food going bad, and based on - UGH - reviews that we did not thoroughly read, as well as the promise of a quick delivery date, we decided on this one.BIG MISTAKE! HUGE mistake!Yes, we were among those who received one of the dented models, although from the images posted by others, it could have been worse. The REAL problem is that this FRIDGE DOES NOT COOL! The inside BACK of the refrigerator portion FREEZES (develops ice) while the rest of the INSIDE part of the fridge has ZERO to little cooling ability/capability whatsoever. For example ... if we put a plastic bag with two steaks in the fridge, and one of the steaks is touching the back wall, the steak that is touching the wall is mostly frozen, and the other steak has GONE BAD. That is a REAL example of how bad this thing is. NOTHING lasts in this refrigerator unless it is in an aluminum can. Meat; dressings; salad bowls; sour cream; veggies; fruits; it's a quick-to-slow death graveyard for them. We can set the cooling at 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 or anywhere in-between, and it does NOT help or change anything. I cannot BEGIN to tell you how much food we've had to toss because of it!!! In short, it's worse than a cabinet. Because of the sealed door, there is no air flow and food spoils in a day or two!While the FREEZER is a dark hole (no light), which develops constant frost and ice, it DOES keep things frozen, BUT that includes itself. We have to constantly (every 2-3 days) clear the ice out of it (see images a day after cleaning and those of when we let it go for days), and as already mentioned, the FRIDGE part freezes the back wall, but won't cool the fridge area.In short, if you are looking for a fridge where you can keep a limited number of aluminum cans in, and a freezer to store a limited or small supply of ice, this may be the refrigerator for you (perhaps why the reviews that mention home bars and cans seem to be positive) ... FOR ANY FOOD WHATSOEVER, HOWEVER, don't even think about it. Get yourself something better even if for a few dollars more, then come back and thank me later; or after you've purchased this and have seen the truth of what I say, allow me to say: I told you so.

Received on time, packaging intact. Very light, easy to maneuver into place, started right up. The freezer is big enough for two small bags of ice, lots of room in the refrigerator part, too. We had an issue with door handles having the chrome a bit sketchy from the factory, they replaced them without hassle.

3.0 out of 5 stars Misleading photos, scratches and dent, plastic very hard to remove
One of the main reasons I wanted this fridge for our office was because of the layout depicted on the Bolo website. The fridge door had thicker plastic bars to hold objects in as well as nice holders for soda cans. Instead the fridge we received has the thin wire bars and the crappy soda holder where you have to drop the sodas in and they go crashing to the bottom. Things fall out of the door every time it's opened. The bottom shelf is not flush with the plastic drawer as shown in the pics (and as expected on a fridge like this) so there is a useless gap there. The front was all scratched up and there was a small dent. The blue plastic film that covers the fridge was very difficult to remove and I had to get a razor blade and carefully run it along the black plastic to get the film off. The fridge works fine and I just didn't want to deal with returning or exchanging it as we needed to have it ready in our office. I just think they need to update the misleading pictures. Just hope there aren't any further problems, it's working fine now.

We bought this for my mother-in-law just recently moved to a retirement home. Without a word of a lie.....other residents and in house caregivers along with the Director of Services just had to have one. (at least 5 or 6 were interested) I think it's the nostalgic look of the item is what sells it most. We bought it because of the freezer size and the fact that it had 2 doors...one for the freezer and one for the fridge. We are completely satisfied. Bought in March of 2024
