I dd not know VD works best when combined with K2 until watching Dr Berg's video. I ordered the first jar for myself. After taking it for 3 days, the results were fantastic. I got into sleep faster than before. I sleep deeper and longer after taking this product for 1 week. It helps me so much with stress released and stronger the immunity. I've placed a few re-orders for my friends and family recently. I would recommend this to everyone I know.

I usually don’t write reviews but this product really worked for me. Hopefully my review can help someone who is looking for a supplement that really works!I’ve been Vitamin D deficient for many years now. Finally decided to do something about it and find good clean Vitamin D3 supplement. So in 2019, I tried Mary Ruth Organic Vitamin D3 Liquid Spray first. She has a lot of great supplements and reviews. I used up 3 bottles and got my lab work done and was still Vitamin D deficient.In 2020, New Year new start. Did a lot of research looking for a clean and effective Vitamin D3 with K2 supplement. There’s a ton on Bolo and can be quite overwhelming. After many hours of researching and reading through reviews, I decided to try Smarter Nutrition’s Vitamin D3 supplement. You just need to take 2 a day. The pills are small and easy to swallow. Finished my first bottle and didn’t get any bad reactions so I purchased the 3 bottle set because it was a lot cheaper. I was not diligently taking it everyday. I would miss some days. But to my surprise when I went to get my lab work done in June, doctor said I was not deficient in Vitamin D anymore.Since I had great results with this, I decided to try Smarter Nutrition’s multivitamins for woman. I’m on my first box. So far so good. It has Vitamin D3 in it as well. Since I am not deficient in Vitamin D anymore, the multivitamins will provide the sufficient amount of vitamins I need daily.

I was a skeptical of this product, as I'd never heard of this company before, but out of all the vitamin D supplements I have bought and tried over the years, this is the only one that I can actually notice a difference! I live in MN, and the combination between lack of sun and also having a lot of previous loss of loved ones and stressful events happening in the fall of the year into winter, I really notice it drags my mood down. After taking this supplement for a month, I noticed that I actually felt happy, talkative and still enjoyed my normal daily activities! I think it has helped my immune system as well. I was sick a lot during the fall, I've heard Vitamin D can take about 2 months before it improves your immunity, and that's about the time frame that I stopped getting sick constantly. I haven't had a cold or flu since end of November now, which is important because I have a 5 yo son with complicated medical problems and I don't want to pass illness on to him. Pills are smaller and easy to swallow, they don't stick in the back of my throat like some gel caps.

I typically take Vitamin D in large amounts to get enhanced benefits for bone strength and immune strength. this formulation includes vitamin K which enhances the absorption of calcium in your system.These are high strength capsules with 5000 units of D in a small and easy to swallow capsule.As with any vitamin product it takes some time for the benefits to be felt however with these products they seem to have better effectiveness than my previous brand and I find myself not having to take as much to get the full benefit.The price is good for a premium product and the developers seem to have put a lot of thought into the formulation.I am fussy about my supplements and always buy the best that I can find.The known benefits of Vitamin D are many and it is essential for your good health. Yes, you can get slightly cheaper D capsules in Costco but that is false economy, as overall it will take more to get the same benefit.I love this company and all their products are top-shelf.Don't shortchange your health.I will buy these again.

So i ordered this a while back but i wanted to use up my last bottle of D3 vitamin. I have used this smarter nutrition brand for just under a week, so it is a bit difficult to say whether this product is any better than any other brand.But so far so good. I have no problems swallowing these pills nor any digestive problems whatsoever or any after taste.AS far as a D3 supplement, you really feel no difference and i bring this up because i am being truly honest about this product. I started taking vitamin D3 products because my dentist, who is also a nutrionist, advised me to take this supplent for stronger bones. Also to be honest, I am 67 years young and i need all the help i can get..LOL.I take many other nutritional products and this brand of Smart seems to have everything i need for a daily regimen. So No need to buy supplements from more than 1 supplier.And, yes i guess i would recommend this brand to others who like to buy what they need from 1 supplier.

My vitamin D levels were at a "critical" level according to my most recent blood test. I decided on these after doing research on vitamin D as derived from lichen vs lanolin, as well as determining vitamin K is critical for the absorbption of vitamin D. These were the most affordable ones that met all of my criteria. I haven't had my levels checked again since taking these, but I have been taking them for 3 months now and know it's making a difference. The biggest differences were that my hair stopped falling out, my chronic pain was a little better, and I definitely noticed that I had more energy. It took about 2 weeks of taking them consistently to begin noticing anything. If I stop taking them, the benefits go away. I would definitely recommend these to anyone struggling with the symptoms of low vitamin D.
