Never been a coffee drinker, but I've tried many times over the years, getting various coffee makers including the prestigious Mocha Master. Just never clicked for me though. I'd buy a coffee maker, try it out, and then give it away. Instant ones with pods, ones that use grounds. Didn't matter.But I'm getting tired of seeing health benefits of drinking a moderate amount of coffee, so figured since I don't DISLIKE it, I may as well go for it. And I still had the last thing I tried, a Nutri Bullet pod one, and just didn't like it. Figured if I'm going to get serious, get something a bit more serious.This one came up with good reviews and the name brand was recommended to me by a product designer friend in Boston who actually has worked with this company in the past. So I took the chance.Night and day compared to my other coffee attempts. The unit is well built and designed, simple to use, doesn't feel cheap. The flip up cover for the pod compartment locks solid, never hangs up and doesn't rattle at all, it's snug. Button presses work every single time. Never had to hit something a second time.Initially I wanted the water in the back to make it more streamlined, but I find I prefer it on the side for the ease of refilling.I haven't bothered with the filter yet since we have really good water where I live.I like the option for the stronger brew, and the various sizes. I always just do the biggest size and strong brew. And I like that even doing a slower strong brew, it still finishes faster than the others I had when doing normal.I also appreciate that it STOPS DRIPPING when it finishes brewing. Some I'd have would drip randomly for a few minutes after I removed the cup.I've only tried a few different brand pods in here, and all work well. I like that this has the multiple water feed since I see they're changing some things up so at least I'll be more compatible moving forward with newer pods.For the price, this was a gamechanger for me. I'm now drinking coffee each day - at least most of them, since it's still a new thing for me so not part of my auto pilot routine...

I really like the cup size settings for those times when you don’t want a big cup of coffee. I use this also for making tea as the water is really hot. Not noisy, pretty streamlined on the counter, and the water is easy and convenient to refill. Our old Keurig was a more plain model and we had had it for years but it finally went kaput. This newer model has more options. Good product. Coffee tastes delicious from this Keurig.

K-Supreme is smaller footprint, better appearance and noticeably improved performance over the K Elite. Multi-stream (punches 5 holes in the K-cup vs 1) does actually produce stronger and better tasting coffee with the 8 different coffees I have brewed in it. With most, you can go up a full size and obtain the same strength as the K- Elite . Really like that the water reservoir is clear and easier to see the water level, and that it has a handle. It is super easy to refill straight from the filtered water in our refrigerator door. Also like that the machine head where the K cup is inserted remains level during loading, brewing, and unloading. Makes for less spillage and easier clean up. K-Elite was reliable and trouble free for 6 years. Time will tell if K-Supreme will do the same but the simplicity and improved design bode well.If anyone wonders, we elected not to go with the K-Supreme Smart or Smart Plus after reading about quality issues related to the brewer scanner and lock outs after de-scaling.

This is my second Keurig. My first died after several years of use and it worked very well. The new one also works well but I believe is is more cheaply made than the first. BUT, it does work well !!!

I've owned a Cuisinart/Keurig model SS-700 for eight years and absolutely loved it, particularly for the 80-ounce reservoir, iced coffee feature and sturdy dependability. After coming to grips with it occasionally struggling to fill a cup, I realized that it is time to replace my old friend with a new model, and chose this K-Supreme model. The first thing I noticed with the new model is that it is much lighter in weight and seems flimsy compared to my old machine. However, after setting it up and drinking my first few cups of coffee, I'm very pleasantly surprised with how much I like it. Just because "they don't make them like they used to" doesn't mean it's a bad thing!What I like so far: Being lighter weight makes it easier to move around the counter when I clean. The water filters are larger and only need changing every 2 months. Operation is quite a bit easier, with fewer buttons and no need to program brewing preferences, clock etc. The control panel on my old machine was dim and hard to see; this new one has simple buttons that light up, so easy to see even in dim light. I like the instant start feature, which is an energy saver over the old one. And the slightly smaller reservoir isn't an issue.I don't think I'll miss my old coffee maker at all! Overall, I really like the simplicity of this new one. Quality of the brew is actually better, so I guess Old Faithful was past its "best by" date. Since I've only used this one a short time I just hope it continues to perform as well.

La anterior keurig ya estaba muy viejita y empezó a fallar a pesar de limpiarla con vinagre con cierta frecuencia. La única desventaja que le veo al color blanco es que el café salpica al momento de verter la taza de café.
Makes great strong coffee.
I like this Keurig coffee machine. I like the matte white finish as it looks so clean. When you have the unit sert for strong coffee, it does make strong coffee which I enjoy. It is quiet and works quickly. It is very stylish.
Useless
I followed the instructions and all it did was dispense a tiny amount of water into the cup and blew a lot of steam. I tried several times, reread the instructions, watched videos and nothing changed.I’m Returning it
