The media could not be loaded. Half the product was gone. The bottle was open even though the box was in an air tight plastic wrap. It makes me wonder about the quality of the product and whether I should trust it on my face.

The retinal was like putting water on my face. Noting really had an old base for old, dry skin. The retinal was leaking and the bottle came in with about 15-20% missing. Total waste of my hard earned money.
