The patch will come with the hook and loop portion together that you can sewing or adhere the loop side of onto items.
You can also remove the loop side it came with and attach it to anything that has a loop side already on it.
Note:This patch can not use a hot iron to pressed it on the material.

So the pattern is spot on and the cut is great however it's reflective not infrared... This seems to happen quite a bit on Bolo so I'm pretty used to it. Inaccurate description.
