This is the 3rd-6th heating pad I've tried when I needed to replace my old one. The others were a different style where the shoulder/decolatage areas are much smaller. None of them worked properly, the heat settings were all screwed up and they were just terrible. I had to exchange all of them, hoping it was just a lemon and ended up just having to return them all because I had the same problems.This one is very similar to my old one, from the shape to the remote panel and it works just about as good as my old one. I think this one might be slightly safer than my 6-7yo version as it doesn't seem to stay as hot as long, like it powers down and then heats back up (only slightly noticable) instead of just staying on full blast hot the entire time like my old one.I like this one a lot so far. No issues with the heat settings being wrong like the other models I tried. The material is soft. The plastic snap in the front works great. I will be cutting off the belt like I did the old one because I just don't use the belt.My favorite part and an upgrade about this one compared to my old one is the heat extends into the neck all the way to the base of your skull! I have neck issues so this is an awesome improvement.The one thing I don't love about it is the warning that is always sewn on somewhere is like a plastic, noisy, itchy tag and it's approx 5x7 inches on your back. My old one had a tag the same size and in the same spot but it was made of the soft, satin fabric so it never bothered me. This one will need to be removed somehow - I'm going to try a seam ripper and hope it doesn't unravel anything important. Technically I think I could flip the heating pad around so the tag is on the outside but I have it this way because then the cord just hangs off the side of the bed out of the way instead of having to be crossed over/under my body.I do recommend this one!

I love this pad one I can see the temp and the timer and relax. It has a tie for the waist and a snap on the shoulders to hook them. The fact that it is long enough to cover from neck to waist means it addresses the whole of the back. It’s soft and really good quality. Amazing pain relief, and worth every penny. Highly recommend!

I like this heating pad a lot, and use it most nights! It's very soft and comfortable, it's the perfect shape, it heats up quickly, and it stays in place very well. I also really like the controller. The screen lights up when you're adjusting it, so I don't need to use my phone as a flashlight. It's easy to adjust the temperature and the timer. Although the heating pad gets nice and warm, it does not always feel like it gets hot enough for suitable pain relief, so this might be a better product choice for people who just want another source of warmth!Additionally, the length of the heating pad is just a bit too short to cover both my shoulders and my lower back. It also feels like the heat might be inconsistent across the heating pad - to me, it feels like the shoulder area gets warmer than the lower back area, but I have no way to measure the temperature of each area and verify this. I've also had issues where the heating pad will heat up quickly to the correct temperature - for example, 120 F - but then it cools down a bit and will not completely warm back up.So overall this is a good product, I just don't think it was the best choice for my preferences and needs.

I love everything about this heating pad. The way the weighted shoulders wrap around to help keep it in place plus provide warmth to the neck and shoulder area. The function of the control, you can adjust heat by degree, not just high, medium, low like many heating pads. Plus you can set a timer for it to shut off. As someone who uses a heating pad every night to soothe tight back muscles, I wish I had purchased it earlier.

NOTE that any heating pad will feel much warmer if you lay on it or place a pillow or blanket on top of it. It is not super effective to have ian electric heating pad lay on you without the weight. Even at 150 hottest setting, I find I need to use it underneath me. Which is OK, I can lay on my side with it going from hip to glute and the cervical collar parts can also be used for spot relief, like across the traps. I think it is worth the money, considering the cost of a machine to heat up large pads like at the physical therapist. .Gripes?I DO NOT like the beaded trim at top and bottom edges, it is uncomfortale to lay on.I wish the light on hte control stayed on a little bit longerThe snap at collar is hard to work when you can't see it very wellGOOD:Length goes cervical to top of buns.Can be used in a wide variety of areas, glutes to knees, wrap around arm, waist to lower glute, etc.Long cord, from unit to control as well as control to plugFabris is soft, sheared fuzzHeats up fastControl is LED, shows the exact temperature and time remaining

I recommend this heating pad to any one with neck, shoulder, or back pain/arthritis! BTW, this heating pad is HUGE so it provides warmth over a large surface area. A great value for your $$ plus I love the teal blue color!!

I just received this and so far I’m loving it! Large coverage, soft & plush and decent heat. Love the ability to change heat settings even if I always set it at max 150F. I do however wish you could increase the time. Only runs for max of an hr before auto shutting off.
Really long and works well on lower back
Good heat and long enough to heat from lower back right up to much neck. Works really good and heats quickly.

Me encantó la calidad del material y la eficacia y eficiencia. Cabe mencionar que es de cable a corriente, de otra manera no calienta.Es muy rápido para calentar y sí calienta bastante.Nos quedó a mí y a mi esposo.Tengo mis dudas respecto a la lavada ya que el circuito está integrado y sólo desconectas los cables de corriente. Personalmente no la he lavado.

El tamaño es perfecto, cubre toda la espalda, hombros y cuellos, calienta rápidamente (lo uso en el máximo por 30min) y el tener un temporizador es práctico y de gran utilidad.Lo he usado diario, es fácil de usar y muy práctico, me ha ayudado enormemente en mi rehabilitación (hernias discales cervical y dorsal).
