Pregnancy optibac.I absolutely love this product! After taking probiotics for over a year now for general health I was delighted to see Optibac had created one for Pregnancy!This is my first pregnancy and like most women, didn’t really know what to expect or how to feel. I’ve been fortunate enough to have blissfully sailed through my first 12 weeks, but after getting to 20 weeks & onwards I’ve noticed a lot of changes in my body. I started getting very bloated & uncomfortable when eating, and going to the toilet started to get a lot more irregular, so when I started taking these probiotics I was so pleased to see the effects of it working just after 1 week! I feel a LOT less bloated, and also a lot less windy & belchy after eating. I love the thought of my body being in the best condition it can be in to house my baby, and I will continue take For Pregnancy after he arrives!

I have just completed my first pot of these.I have been taking these since week 19 of my pregnancy. During my first trimester I felt quite bloated and gassey! However, in the last few weeks of using these, I have less bloating.I am now in week 24 and so far my pregnancy is going well. Baby moves around lots and is doing well.I am going to continue taking these for the remainder of my pregnancy, as not only have they made me feel much better, but after reading up about them there are lots of benefits to baby after birth also!
