I've bought many of these bottles for myself and friends over the past couple years, and it never seems to disappoint. The heat is absolutely out of this world, but the flavor rises up and matches the incredible heat. That is what this sauce does so beautifully as it burns your mouth to hell and back, it just tastes so damn GOOD you cannot help but go back for more, dreading the world of hurt to come, but loving every savory, delicious drop. I'm a bit of a masochist so I do like using it plain on things like chicken, but it is also a great ingredient to add to your other dishes, such as chili or really anything you'd like to have a bit of a kick. This is such a phenomenal product, I hope it never goes away, because there's nothing quite like it in terms of heat and flavor combination. I will be ordering these for years to come.

Hoooo doggie, this sauce is not a joke. I am not a hot sauce newb, I have over 30 bottles on constant rotation and have tried close to 100. I can handle ANY natural pepper or pepper sauce with ease: ghost, habanero, 7 pot primo, Trinidad scorpion, you name it.But the extract is what does it. My goodness. I was tearing up uncontrollably for about 10 minutes after eating EXACTLY 5 drops.The flavor is good and peppery and garlicky, and the actual flavor of the extract doesn't overpower the rest of the mix. HOWEVER, the heat level of the extract WILL overpower you if you don't treat it with respect.Great sauce for roulette/challenges and anyone who wants to step it up about, oh.... fifteen notches?!

I'm too busy swallowing buckets of yogurt to write a proper review - but MAN this stuff is HOT! I got it as a gift for a friend and they loved it. I tried it straight out of the bottle. His approach of putting it into his wing sauce was much more appropriate. Don't use a heavy hand or you'll regret it!

This is super hot. Doesn't take much. Put drops on your food. It doesn't have a high quality taste like other hot sauces, but it puts them all to shame with heat. It doesn't taste bad or anything. I think for me it was so hot that I wasn't able to taste anything at all haha

I've done the one chip challenge and ate blazing wings at BWW. Both at 2 million sculville. I honestly didn't think it could get much hotter. This sauce smells delicious and taste great. However, I consumed a single solitary drop. After 1/2 second I started coughing with an unexplainable intense heat. My stomach turned in about 30 seconds and within 2 minutes I was throwing up. I gave it 5 stars because it is what it says but use caution. This stuff should be illegal and can seriously cause hospitalization if consumed. If you dumb enough to try this like I am go for it. But don't be surprised if you immediately regret it. Be careful and probably just don't do it.

The vast majority of hot sauces out there are honestly not very hot. I want to compare this with others because I feel like scoville ratings are not very accurate.I'm gonna make a little scale to give a sense of where this sauce lands. The more < indicates how much hotter I consider the sauce aboveTobasco<<< tobasco scorpion<<< da bomb beyond insanity << puckerbutts reaper squeezins < Blair's ultra death <<< this one (hellfire doomed) < the end:flatlineThe end:flatline is $30 for 1oz and I find this pfairly close to it in terms of heat and waaaaaay ahead in terms of flavor. Yes it has some of the chemical taste from extract but I think it covers it pretty well. If you're looking for something very hot but don't want to spend $30+ per oz then this is that sauce.

Unfortunately my bottle came shipped haphazardly and due to the nature of the content I had to treat this with extreme caution to clean up the mess it had made in the packaging. A friend of mine had given me a sample of this hot sauce a while back and I can confirm the heat level is absurd, but the flavor is just as deep as the burn. You do not want this on your skin. I was really looking forward to having a bottle of my own, but it's hard telling when the cap was broken within its time, so I will not be taking the risk with the remaining contents. I'd really like a replacment but I'm unsure of how to go about that through Bolo based on their policy.

(TLDR: THIS SAUCE IS EXACTLY AS HOT AS IT SAYS AND I'M SATISFIED!!)Anyway, I'd consider myself an Above Average hot sauce enjoyer, I like to have the most extreme sauces I can find on hand just to have fun with it with friends and for myself. Well I've had my rounds of Dave's Insanity sauce, and Da Bomb and all the sauces you can think of, but then this one came around on my recommended and I was intrigued since I'd never heard of it before, so I ordered some. And what do you know, I made a M A S S I V E mistake my first time around because I've had the sauces that say "THIS SAUCE WILL LITERALLY BURN A HOLE IN YOUR STOMACH" before so I wasn't expecting anything insane but I kid you not, I ate 2 sizable dips of this sauce and I needed bread and milk to sooth my stomach pain that this sauce caused, it literally did feel like it was burning a hole in my stomach. But don't let this discourage you! If you're like I was/am and looking for one of if not the hottest pain inducing yet still pourable sauces you can find, this literally is that sauce. This stuff is I N S A N E, and I eat Carolina Reaper sauce daily. Worth every penny and when I run out (in the next decade cause you can't eat a ton at a time at each meal) I'm certainly ordering more. I will say that it isn't exactly the tastiest sauce out there, but why would you order this for the taste, 9 times out of 10 it's just cause it's stupidly hot and again like I've said 15 times already, it really is THAT hot. Enjoy!(Only included sauce obviously the Hellfire sauce, I did not order this in a pack. I've acquired all sauces on my own included in the picture.)

Wayyyy hotter than any normal person could handle !! This is a dangerous product if your not used to heat levels of this magnitude. Not even joking this is enough to cause cap cramps from hell and maybe even hospitalize the un prepared. USE EXTREME CAUTION!!
Beyond hot!
One of the best hot sauces I've had for heat (have tried 100s). Okay flavour by it self when you dab it on pizza etc but very good to mix in with dishes etc. Will be buying again in the future!
