I really wanted to like these molds for making bath bombs. For starters, when filled with the mixture the indentation that forms the top of the heart bursts out along with the sides, leading to a very awkward-shaped heart. They don't have to be filled all the way for this to happen. Additionally, because the product is so thin it's difficult to remove the bath bomb without it shifting, leading to a broken finished product.It's worth noting that I've been successfully making bath bombs for quite a while and have the recipe down - it's been quite predictable in many molds. In this instance, the quality of the mold itself doesn't meet the standards for a marketable finished product. On the other hand, if you're looking for an inexpensive mold and don't mind a few cracked edges here and there, then this is a great product for the price point!
