I had a couple of Gotham steel frying pans and they performed as stated. When I needed a new set of pots and pans I looked at the Gotham Steel sets. The set I purchased off Bolo was much more wallet friendly. I haven’t had any issues with them. They clean up easily, no warping, when needed I use a small amount of oil. They are also light weight which I appreciate and seem to cook evenly.

I purchase a set of Gotham cookware about four years ago and was pleased with them overall for a long time. However, recently several of the pots and pans began to stick. So, I figured it was time to get a new set. I looked at the reviews of several other non-stick cookware and although there were better reviewed sets, I reordered the Gotham.NOTE: one of the reasons I bought this brand again was I planned on keeping the lids while donating the pans to Goodwill. Well as they say "the best laid plans." The new set of cookware vs the 4 years old set are slightly different in size or configuration. I'm not sure how or why and some of the lids fit but not perfect. Anyway maybe it's me and they do work but......:)After receiving the new set, I read all of the information they included in shipping on the care of the new cookware. That inspired me to look up some additional information on the internet. I was surprised by some of the "dos and don't" on non-stick cookware. The two biggest things were, never use spray oils on non-stick cookware as it burns on the surface at very low heat levels and messes up the surface and never use an abrasive brush or pad (sponge only) as it will accelerate the loss of the non-stick coating. Finally never use on high heat levels.I am happy with the performance of this set so far. It looks nice, heats well (low to medium heat only) cooks good and cleans easily. If that changes or I notice any sticking in the short term, I will up this review.

So I just got these pans and have use 2 pans 3 times. Fantastic pans!! My only complaint is that I just noticed that 3 of the pans are damaged

This is the best pan set I have ever bought. Excellence solid lids. My lids have fallen into the tiles a few times and have never broken. Great buy. Value for your money.
1.0 out of 5 stars ⛔ NOT real Gotham Steel (I'm "sticking" to that)!!
I am familiar with GS - I've purchased GS sets before and LOVE GS. I wanted MORE of them because my son is always using them and leaving them at his 'house' (unattached house on our property - lol).THIS set was AWFUL.First of all, the ones in the pictures are NOT the ones I received AND if you notice, even the pictures (look at the handles in each) are different in every picture. While the original Gotham Steel pans and pots have a thick, almost flat but with a little curve, handle, the ones PICTURED here are NOT all flat ... AND the ones I received were ROUND!!! Now, that doesn't SOUND terrible, except it IS. First, they retain 100% heat (unlike the original flatter handles) which makes you need to use an oven mitt. Well, guess what? TWICE, the pots I was holding with the oven mitt TURNED IN MY HAND!!! The round, slick, thin, HOT handle literally just went with the weight of the food, I guess, and it LITERALLY turned like a doorknob in my mitted hand. LUCKILY I was burned only once because I was wearing pants the last time and I never wear pants! And trust me, this would be a totally different issue if one of our dogs had gotten burned. Anyway, that is just the HANDLES. "AWFUL" does not do them justice.The pots and pans themselves are just visibly different than the originals. You can look at the edges, and SEE how NOT smooth the cut was. No sanding or refining, either. Just ... cheap.LASTLY, the REASON that Gotham Steel is one of the most amazing cookware options there is on the market, is because nothing sticks to real Gotham Steel (at least not for a long, long time and much, much use). THESE, that I am reviewing here, had everything stick to them. Eggs, steak, burgers, fries ... You COULD take a paper towel to it, but with the original GS, one flick and any residue (oily, etc.) would be gone. With these, you have to work to clean it (them).SO, either GS has devolved terribly - which I refuse to believe; or the set I received was just NOT a real Gotham Steel set. It is packed and ready to go back.Bolo - STOP 'hiding' negative reviews. People should have a chance to decide what to invest in based on ALL information at hand - and they WANT to just that, as seen by the upvotes despite my review apparently needing to be searched for. THIS is your top "Negative" Review. Not the three-star one which implies these are 'okay. They're NOT.

Nothings sticks to it and it’s super easy to wash. You can thrown it in the oven which is a plus. The only thing would be that the lids handle gets hot so be cautious about that. Not expensive, worth it 100%

Quality pans for life
The pans are the best and will probably last forever. Only one thing to be aware of that the pan lids handles can get extremely hot. Need to be careful of that.
