The best kitchen gadget purchase in the past 20 years. I'm so surprised by the quality and the convenience. The food doesn't stick to the bottom, it cooks through. What amazes the most is that it's so easy to clean. I use the metal spatula and it doesn't leave any scratches. The instructions to assemble the lid and the handle to the gadget were a bit confusing. It requires a patient person to do it. But my teenage son helped me with this task, it took about 15 minutes to figure out. I'm going to look at other kitchen gadgets by this brand because of the quality!

The good the bad and the ugly !Let’s go backwards- the ugly .. it’s a very nice looking wok! Best looking pan I own!The Bad- if anything the lid has a strange handle turns out super functional I love it, but it attaches with a screw. I’m afraid to tighten it too tightly and it needs tightening every several uses, could be my issue ?The wok handle screws on to a spot welded threaded screw with a nut. They give you the wrench to tighten it but I prefer the handle attach nut and bolt through the pan that’s lifelong!The Good- everything is great so far, the wok is reasonably thick and heavy. The heat distribution is very good better than most pans we use and as good as pans twice the $$.The outside of the pan is engraved beautifully.The inside is called “hex-clad” I think it’s stainless steel but what ever it is it cooks perfectly, completely non stick even at high temps! I do a stir fry with pasta and sauce and veggies when I mess up and burn the sauce it burns black and comes right up with one pass of a wooden spatula.The best thing is clean up is soapy warm water and a sponge nothing stick’s everything comes off.In conclusion its big I’m getting a smaller one but it’s a really nice wok and for the money you can’t beat it and if your afraid to spend that much don’t be it’s worth it!There is some color ring gets darker when the lid is hot. I haven’t used it or noticed it I mean I know the lid is hot lol!

This is one of the best wok pans I have ever owned. I'm impressed with the stainless steel construction & materials used to make it. This wok is made to last for years & is constructed of heavy duty material. This 12.6 wok pan with a clear lid is great to stir fry fried rice , noodles & vegetables. I love the overall size of this product it has sturdy handles & it distributes heat well. It's nice to have a glass lid with an awesome spoon rest which helps with steaming my dishes with ease. I found cleaning is a breeze & this wok can be used for years to come. Make sure to coat the pan before using it each time to avoid damaging the non stick coating. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a high quality stainless steel wok with a glass lid.

This wok is amazing! The high quality and non-stick surface make cooking a breeze. However, the downside is that the handle grip came off easily, which was disappointing. Despite this issue, the overall performance is impressive.

I love the way it cooks evenly and cleanup is easy. Fried rice with egg and chicken was my first meal prepared. Additionally, the pot is designed beautifully. The spoon cradle being apart of the lid is a bonus of convenience you will appreciate.I recommend for cooking, convenience and esthetics.

I was excited to use this wok for it then NOT to be NONSTICK!! I cooked my eggs with plenty of olive oil and it was tough to scrape it off the wok. As you all can see I had to soak it in water to scrape the eggs off. Very disappointing.

Bought as a gift, I was hoping it would be what they had been looking for - and it has been used very often and liked so well I am going to get one for myself soon. Good size, heats well and cleans up quickly. The utensil holder on the lid is a bonus for the space-challenged.
light, easy to clean, non-stick
This is a great wok - it's light and distributes the heat from my glass top stove surprisingly quickly, allowing me to use a bit lower temperature. Cleans up nicely, and nothing sticks to it. Happy with my purchase so far

Best wok I've ever owned!
Although a little pricey and on the heavy side, this wok is super solid and truly scratch resistant! The material is half stainless steel half Teflon so sometimes it may feel like the meat sticks to the wok but it really isn't, I just need to lift it gently and it easily comes off the surface without any sticking. Cleaning is also relatively easy. Will definitely recommend :)
I'm happy with the wok pan and seller's support
I bought the wok pan in January 2022. While I find it somewhat heavy because it's stainless steel, on the whole it serves its purpose and my family is happy with it. Then in April the handle became loose. While trying to tighten it I found the thread damaged. Since it's only 3+ months old I contacted the seller BL MEGOO on April 9 with a picture of the handle and the screw. They responded immediately and I received the entire replacement kit yesterday April 26. Nice! My experience tells me that when one encounters any issue, try to seek help from the seller first, try not to vent your frustration too soon. Best wishes to everyone.
