I was making chicken salad for the first time and needed a mayo. This one was highly recommended on some cooking sites. It was very good and made the chicken salad one of the best tasting ones I've ever had. As a sandwich spread, I pair it with a strongly seasoned deli meat, like ham or smoked turkey and have lots of fixings, otherwise it's too sweet for me on its own.

Every one talks about how amazing this tastes so I gave it a try. Not my thing. The color was off … kinda yellow and it has soybean oil. Not a fan of soy. But I guess it’ll work in salad mixes. We’ll see.
