I’m only writing this review in hopes that it will help someone else. I take different medications, mixed with the wonders of having severe pms symptoms. I needed something to help me be more alert, my brain was foggy everyday, I couldn’t even remember to check my to-do list, which is was literally on my nightstand next to my bed! After only 10 minutes of taking this, I felt a complete difference, I feel like I can take on the task of life now, and more cheerful, not sluggish anymore. It’s affordable and a life changer!

When my family physician told me he uses it daily it was good enough for me! Now I will say I had to quit using it and gave the remainder to a friend. But my nephrologist did not want me to use it with my kidney issues. But I can actually say it "was doctor recommended"!
