5.0 out of 5 stars Naturally product with similar taste to sugar
I like allulose because it is naturally occurring. It is found in figs and raisins. I like that it tastes similar to sugar but it doesn't raise my blood sugar levels. It also doesn't seem to have an aftertaste. Allulose is a perfect low calorie substitute for baking and for your coffee or tea. I like this specific product as it has a good taste and is in a fairly large package so it lasts me a few months.

5.0 out of 5 stars Taste great after you break up all the chunks.
I love allulose. It's the best thing since... well... sugar. But I probably won't buy from this company again because there were huge chunks in the bag and some of them were so hard that I couldn't even break them up with my hands. I guess I can try a hammer. This is too expensive for me to have to do that.
4.0 out of 5 stars Good Allulose Sweetener with Easy Dissolving but Mild Sweetness
The Allulose Sweetener is great! The quantity is generous, and it dissolves easily in beverages or food. However, I found that it isn’t as sweet as other sweeteners, so you may need to use a bit more to achieve the desired level of sweetness. Despite that, it’s a good alternative for those looking for a low-calorie sweetener. it’s a solid choice, but the sweetness could be a bit stronger.
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect with Monk Fruit without Stevia
We have been impressed with this product. I have lost 60lbs.and almost 10 inches in my waist. Not to mention your sweet tooth will suffer from lack of desire for sweets. What a great way to lower your blood sugar level and reduce your insulin resistance. We find it not quite sweet enough for our liking as a solo sweetener. However with monk fruit its perfect in beverages ranging from coffee to chocolate made with non dairy milks. Great on fruit …. The short of it anything you put sugar on or in.
5.0 out of 5 stars Mimics sugar but at a much higher price
I drink a lot of sweetened, homemade iced tea. I wanted to cut down on my calorie intake so I tried this product. It has a sweetening effect nearly-identical to sugar. One needs to use about a third more allulose to obtain the same sweetening as is indicated in its instructions. The only downside is it is much more expensive than table sugar.I've also tried monk fruit extract powder and it's "OK" and less expensive but it's sweetening effect is delayed with the iced tea application and does have a slight additional taste which is not present with allulose.EDIT: I'm going to amend my review. I've found that using this product gives me gastrointestinal issues. Rumbling intestines and diarrhea. Other users may have a different response. Typically, I'm not sensitive to much of any kind of food but I had to stop using this product. I wish I could tolerate it but unfortunately, it has a negative effect on me.
3.0 out of 5 stars Hard as Rocks
I usually don't write reviews but felt compelled to say something about this product.I have bought Allulose from different companies, before purchasing from this one always satisfied with the product.Thought I give this one a try because of the good price and the good rating.I want to say I have no problem with the taste , it tastes great, I have a problem with the hard lumps. My bag was full of hard lumps and I had to place them in a baggie and crush with a meat pounder. I purchased other products from this company and was very satisfied. I don't know what happened.
5.0 out of 5 stars Sweet sweetener
Taste good
Better than sugar
Allulose exceeded my expectations. It doesn't have any of the after taste what other sweeteners have. Tastes like sugar without any spike in bloodsugar.
