I love this. It's very space saving and holds my work laptop which is pretty heavy. It took me about 10 minutes to put together. It comes with the screws and other tools to do this. It does have a Knox in the back that makes the height rise and fall. Saved me from straining my eyes and neck!

Happy with this stand. It is a well-made, strong, metal stand that has no problem holding my laptop even while I'm typing on it. It was great to get rid of the pile of books I was using to raise the laptop' and amazing how much space it suddenly felt I had on my desk.I am tall, so my laptop camera is far below my eye level for virtual meetings; plus, I prefer the screen higher in every day use so I'm not looking down so much. I set this stand at its lowest level for normal use & raise it for some virtual uses. I gave it 4 stars, instead of 5, only because it's a little awkward with the tilt it has, a bit heavy, and is a little weird when typing with the slight tilt. Photos show what it looks like without the laptop from top and back; and what it looks like with the laptop. The knob in back is how height is adjusted. It's a simple: loosen the knob and pull up the arms.

I like the adjustment settings on this riser. It has my laptop at a good height for my eyes. Also like that there's good air flow so my laptop doesn't overheat and is made of sturdy material. No complaints

I have a "wandering" standing desk and I use this for my work laptop to give an ergonomic setup. I use a plug in keyboard and mouse so I don't have to reach up while keeping the monitor at eye level. So far this has held up well. I think I keep it at max height which is just right for me. I use double sided tape to keep the laptop secure to the holder and the holder secure to the wheeled workstation for when I go over bumps in the hall, but I expect that the vast majority of people will be at a stationary desk and this will be a non-issue.
