This stuff is amazing! Melts off your make up and leaves your face feeling clean, but not dehydrated. It also doesn’t leave your skin feeling full of gunk and it smells amazinggg. I don’t use a water based cleanser after and my skin looks and feels amazing. I feel like the price was very fair as well.

I originally bought this cleansing balm in December of 2023 to start double cleansing to remove my makeup and sunscreen, when I tell you this stuff removes everything off my face without stripping it (I have dry, sensitive, acne prone skin)I am in LOVE with this balm!Doesn’t leave my eyes foggy/sting when I remove my mascara, skin feels very soft and I just rinse it off with warm water and follow up with my water based cleanser. A little bit of it goes a long way too, my first jar lasted me from December until July when I bought this second jar!My face feels and looks smother, brighter and has a healthy glow to it. Has definitely improved my skin texture and the amount of black/white heads I get.Only “downside” to this product is it has a citrus scent (very dull scent, not overpowering but noticeable)Love the balm, love how easy it is to use, love how it makes my skin look and feel, and I LOVE that price tag too since it doesn’t cost me an arm and a leg 🙏🏾

It removes all my make up and I wear a full face everyday…. It even removes tubbing mascara without having to rub on my eyes very much. It doesn’t make my eyes hazy either. It smells good and leaves my face feeling soft and not dried out. This is the second jar I’ve ordered. The price is amazing for what it does and you don’t have to use a lot of the product to get your make up off…. I would definitely recommend this make up removing balm

This is super effective for removing makeup gently and without causing pain to sensitive skin. I use it as a first step to get the makeup off and then cleanse with my usual facial cleanser to remove the oils and any remaining makeup traces. It’s especially good at removing eye makeup, even waterproof mascara and eyeliner. I appreciate this, as my eyes are sensitive and I like that I don’t have to scrub or tug at them, plus the balm itself is gentle around the eye area.My biggest complaint is that it really does need to be rinsed off to some extent to remove the makeup fully- IMO it’s hard to just wipe it all off otherwise- and because the product is made up of a lot of oily substances it’s really bad about causing drain clogs. I haven’t figured out the best solution for this yet but it works so well I continue to use it anyway.

I have rosacea flared skin and am prone to dryness. This did a great job not increasing any redness, went on easy enough, and didn't feel too thick either. Worked well following up with my Vanicream cleanser too. Left my face feeling soft, not dehydrated and the smell was wonderful. (can't go wrong with that citrus smell!) I think my only complaint would be it does take a little more umph to completely wash off everything at the end of the day.

Wow, I used to use baby oil to remove waterproof makeup and great value brand for the rest of it. Other reviews led to me giving this a try, and after a couple of weeks of use I can report that using this product is just a joy. It's effective but so soft, kinda fun to use since it seems to melt off makeup, and smells awesomely lemonish. Also, i was starting to get eczema under my eyes but that is all gone now. I really LOVE this product.

It is a very nice gesture, in this age of non-human interface purchasingThe cleansing balm itself is beautiful: it has a really calming citrusy/vanilla smell that just feels refreshing and comforting at the end of the day. And it glides on easily on the face. The spatula was very useful in getting just the right amount of product.I have been using Elemis cleansing balm for quite awhile. This is a refreshing switch up that works well cleaning the face
Skin breakout
Reaction: Made my skin breakout in sudden acne and strange dry discolored patches as well.As soon as I switched back to my previous cleansing balm my skin felt better.Aroma: The smell is citrusy orange, not bad.Texture: Not the best texture i excpected a more rich creamy balm . It's much of a lighter vaseline consistency.
