My older kiddo requires nighttime underwear, and we've tried many MANY brands. This brand fits him the best as a bigger kiddo and has proven to be the most durable. Since we switched to this brand, we haven't had any leaked accidents. Appreciate that these are relatively discreet and though they aren't the least expensive, they're a great value.

These provide consistent overnight protection for my 5 year old. They are not the cheapest option, but they get the job done and prevent leaked. They are comfortable and easy to move around in. I am happy with the fit, performance, and styling.

Great fit for my i incontinent autistic12 year old son. I appreciate the quality as they are not easily ripped and soak up a lot of liquid for heavy wetting. I also appreciate that it has not given him a rash due to absorption as my son struggles with sensitive skin. My son due to his hyperactivity is on the skinnier side so the elasticity is great for him as some pull ups are more fixed. They tend to be good about masking odor so I have time to respond without the smell some pull ups are known for.

My son struggles with sleeping too deeply and doesn’t often wake up to make it to the bathroom. These have been so helpful for his peace of mind at night. They are discreet so when he is having a sleepover with his cousin (same age) she doesn’t notice anything and doesn’t poke fun. We are incredibly grateful for the availability of the extra larger size in Goodnites, as it has allowed our son to continue using these convenient products rather than moving on to larger, bulkier adult options. The absorbency and standing gathers in these underwear have been effective in managing his high urine output during the day and preventing leaks between cathing.However, we have faced occasional nighttime leaks, requiring us to change him before we go to bed or switch to a more absorbent product for the night. One notable drawback is the difficulty of removing these for catheterization or changing when on the go, and they can tear when seated in a wheelchair. We've found that with Pull-Ups or briefs, we can open and fold them down when using adaptive side-zipping pants, which is a more accessible option.It would be a welcome improvement if Goodnites could incorporate hoot-and-loop sides, similar to Pull-Ups, to address these challenges. This adjustment would not only make catheterization and changing more manageable but also eliminate the need to remove shoes and pants, streamlining the process for caregivers and users alike.

Great Solution
My Son is nearly 3 (wearing size 7 diapers prior to potty training) and these have solved our problem with overnight leaks. They hold a lot … much more than any overnight diaper we’ve tried. He likes the characters and that they are more like the underwear he wears during the day. Only downside is price especially for the larger box - I can definitely find them cheaper in store.
