    My puppy is teething and chews on everything he sees. This keeps him busy for a long time. The ridges are perfect and keeps his teeth clean, I also sometimes put peanut butter inside as a lil treat. Keep in mind that because it has those ridges and groves, a lot of spit can gather from them chewing on it be sure to keep it clean for your pup!

    I have a boarder beagle and he chewed right through this one.Sorry have to give a negative review.It broke off in chunks and I was worried he was eating it. It basically disintegrated compared to other aggressive chew toys.

    Works great at cleaning dog teeth. Not easy to squeak. Dogs are able to chew off some of the nubs and that concerns me as the dogs can swallow them.

    We rescued a Cane Corso puppy and needed to get her some chew toys that were apropriate for her size. She loves her starfish. The squeaker is an added bonus since she is still learning to respond when called but when she hears that SQUEAK! she comes running which saves Dad a hike up the 7% grade of of our .5 acre back yard.

    No surprise here, puppies love to chew. We’ve bought many dog toys, of all varieties, and for a dental/aggressive chewing toy, this has been the best by far. The biggest reason is that our pup can get her mouth around it. The… fingers? Arms… of the starfish are great. Not too big, she can get to the different nubbies and chews for up to an hour. She’s getting the relief she needs, and our furniture isn’t suffering. I’m considering buying more, just to have on hand for when or if this one falls apart (not that it is showing any signs of that).
