I like how easy it was to install and adjust the water level. It’s well made and I expect it will last a long time. The one thing I didn’t like was the instructions were printed so tiny that I had to use a magnifying glass to read it. Luckily I have a large lighted one which saved the day. It’s functioning perfectly and I have no complaints.

Was so afraid to try and replace this myself but it was sturdy enough I wasn't afraid to handle it. The instructions were pretty clear cut and had it all taken care of in no time. It's quiet,efficient and had no leaks right from the beginning. If a 71 year old woman with no strength in her hands and pretty much illiterate when it comes to toilets other than flushing them and cleaning them goes, can replace it anyone can.

This product does the job just fine, no leaks, and installed easily. The only negative is that this product is shorter than the one it replaced. Because it is shorter, there is only so much adjustment that can be done for the height of the water level. So my water level will always be lower than it was originally.

This solved our problem of a leaking valve that was wasteful and noisy. It was easy to install but if I had to find fault with it the adjustment to find the right water level was not clearly identified and we found it somewhat unresponsive. It took more tuning than it should have but overall that is a minor issue compared to the water (and $) saved and the noise from the leaking predecessor.

I used this R&T kit A36106, the R&T kit A1250L and the R&T kit A6110+R6110165 kit to completely rebuild the inside of a Kirtland dual flush commode I bought from Sam's Club about 8 or 9 years ago. Everything worked perfectly but I had to add a bit of elbow grease and check and double check the instructions that came with all of the R&T kits. The commode works perfectly!

These valves were not the cheapest but very highly rated and now we know why they are incredibly easily to install, even for the non-mechanically inclined!!! They are quiet and form a good seal!!!

A great replacement for the standard Fluidmaster toilet replacement that you see in the hardware store. The problem with many units is that even at the maximum level setting, there isn’t enough water in the tank to clear the bowl. This doesn’t save water if you have to flush two or three times. Some alternative units are too high to fit in the tank. This R&T unit, on the other hand, is adjustable. An extra inch of water in the filled tank makes all the difference. It is easy to install, except that it takes a pair of pliers to loosen up the level adjustment knob—do this prior to installation. It’s quiet, and refills the tank quickly. The most time consuming part of the process was plowing through all the irrelevant units returned on the Bolo search engine to find this perfect solution for my problem.
